Hey Beatlebob! I'm glad you also got a kick out of those Redbox April Fool's Day pranks. I think the reason why they are easy to fall for is because they look like real legit advertisements! LOL!!!

Wow! I've never seen that picture of Paul with Linda and his family on Easter before! What an interesting rare find! Thanks for sharing it! And thank you for letting me know that most British people do celebrate Easter too!

I would love to finally see "Sir" Ringo Starr!!! I'll try my best to save up but that's difficult for me to do since I never have much money to begin with. I can easily afford tickets, it's just the price of traveling and hotels, etc... that always prevent it! When I went to see Paul McCartney in 2010 the whole entire trip with the ticket price included ending up being a little over a thousand dollars! Wow!!! But it was worth the splurge! LOL!!! Thanks for wishing me good luck! Seeing Ringo is one of the things on my "bucket list".

Yes, according to Facebook, Ann's other secret page isn't even new. It's been around since September 2016. I wonder why she never told me about it though?? That hurts, so does seeing her recent listening history almost everyday when I log into Spotify. This month marks exactly one year since I last heard from her. My mom said I should just finally give up and not even worry about why she's been ignoring me and the sites for so long. So I will, but it's still sad to see her go. I never thought after nearly a decade of friendship she would inexplicably end things this way! But, that's life! :-(

I am hoping the best for you and your blood work! Hopefully you won't have to go anywhere else to have it done and the waiting for the results won't be that long. That's great you have both a regular doctor and a Podiatrist!  Best wishes with that, my friend! And with your mother's upcoming Podiatrist appointment as well!

Don't worry about catching up on the picture comments! Just do it whenever you can, and you don't even have to comment on all of them! I'm both sad and excited for David Cassidy's birthday on April 12. Hopefully seeing some pictures of him on this site soon will brighten my mood!

Well thanks for catching up! Looking forward to catching up more with you soon too! Happy April!!!! :-)

Hey Sadie! I Loved those Redbox April Fool's Day pranks!!! Thanks again for posting them!! :-) I agree with you, they Do look like Real legit advertisements!! They are easy to fall for!! LOL!!!! :-)

That was the first time I've seen that picture of Paul with Linda and his family on Easter too!! I happened to find it when I was looking for information about British people celebrating Easter. Glad it was New for you too!! You're Welcome for sharing it!! And You're Welcome for sharing that information I found too!! :-)

I'm Sure you would love to finally see "Sir" Ringo Starr!!! I would love to see him too!! It's the same with me too, so I understand!! It's very difficult for me to save any money since I never have much money to begin with too!!! :-( But, I know you'll try your best!!! Yeah, the price of the tickets are affordable!! But, the price of traveling and hotels, etc., that's what always prevents you from going!!! WOW!!! I remember you telling me when you went to see Paul in 2010, the whole entire trip with the ticket price included ending up being a little over a thousand dollars!!!! That's A lot of Money!!! I'm Glad at the time you were able to go!!!! It sure was worth the Splurge!!! LOL!!! :-) I Know you'll try your best to save up to see Ringo, and you still have time!! So, I Hope You can manage to save up enough by then!!! You're Welcome for wishing you Good Luck with doing this!!! BEST WISHES, MY Friend!!! I'm Sure seeing Ringo is one of the things on your "bucket list"!!!!! :-)

WOW!!! I see according to Facebook, Ann's other secret page has been around since September 2016!! So, it isn't even new!! I also Wonder why she never told you about it???? I'm Sure that Hurts!!! :-( And I'm sure it also Hurts when you see her recent listening history almost everyday, when you log into Spotify!! :-( WOW!! It's been That Long Now!!! That this month marks exactly One Year since you last heard from her!!! :-( I think what your Mom said was Right!!!!! You Should Finally just Give Up and not even worry about why she's been ignoring you and the sites for so long!!! Worrying about it and Wondering Why, isn't going to change anything!!!! It just makes you upset!!! :-( I'm So Glad you said you Will!!! Yes, I know it's still sad to see her go!! And I'm Sure you never thought after nearly a "Decade" (WOW) of friendship she would inexplicably end things this way!!!! :-( Like you said, That's Life!! :-( The Best thing to do from Now On is take your Mom's Advice!!! Even though it's Sad, I'm Glad You Will!!!!! It's For The BEST!!!!

Thank You So Much for Hoping the Best for Me and with my Blood Work!!! Yes, I'm Hoping I won't have to go see some kind of Specialist if the blood work shows something bad!! I'm also Hoping I can have the Blood Work done at my Doctor's office!! And Hope it won't take that long to get the results back too!!! Hopefully I just might need some medication for this, or some kind of supplement!!! Will see? Thanks again for the BEST Wishes, My Friend!!!! :-) And for the Best Wishes for my Mother's upcoming Podiatrist appointment too!! I Really Appreciate That!!! Yeah, I use the same Regular Doctor that my Mother does. I found my Podiatrist around 10 years ago, and Glad he takes my insurance!! And Both Doctors are pretty close to where I live! That's a plus! :-)

I just caught up on your picture comments today!! :-) Thanks for the comments!! Yes, I can imagine you're both sad and excited about David Cassidy's birthday on April 12!! I'm Also Hoping by seeing some pictures of him on this site soon will brighten your mood!!!

You're Welcome!!!! Thank You for catching up too!!! I'm Also looking forward to catching up more with you soon!!! :-) Thanks!!! Happy April, My Friend!!! :-)

Hey Sadie!

I Hope you're doing Alright!! I caught up with all of your picture comments! This coming week I have to take my Mother to her Foot Doctor's appointment. And Thursday, I see my Regular Doctor to have that blood work done. The same day as David Cassidy's Birthday. I won't be online that day. Since you said "Hopefully seeing some pictures of him on this site soon will brighten my mood!" I wanted to post some David Cassidy photos Today, in Hopes that they will brighten up your mood!! :-)

Hope you are doing Alright and Hope to catch up with you sometime this week!!

Hope to catch up SOON!!! Happy April, My Friend!!! :-)

First of all I want to say Rest In Peace to actor Lynn Ready (1944-2018)

I remember him from The Mickey Mouse Club and the Ozzie & Harriet show.

He passed away in February but I just recently heard of it, so here is a belated RIP to yet another original Mouseketeer we sadly lost this year (after Doreen Tracy).

Beatlebob, Thank you so much for taking the time to catch up with all of my picture comments! I read them ALL! Also thanks for posting all the David Cassidy pictures! I wasn't even expecting you to. I was planning on posting a few myself sometime before April 12, because on that particular day I also won't be online. I'll be accompanying my father to a Colonoscopy appointment in another city. So thanks again for doing it for me! You saved me some time! I get sad whenever I search for pictures of him anyway. Eventhough I still enjoy seeing him, it's also very sad and different now! I hope I won't start crying in public on Thursday! I'll try not to! I don't really mind the fact that I will be busy that day. I wasn't planning on celebrating with a cake or anything anyway since it's now a sad day that I'll never celebrate in the same way ever again. Getting out of the house will actually take my mind of it. He passed away just 2 weeks before my own birthday and I know all my birthdays from now on will never be the same either. Or Thanksgiving! For the past 4 months I've felt so empty inside. Just a few days ago I had to take a pill to calm down a headache I got from crying over him. I was just randomly scrolling down Facebook when I came across a tribute video someone made. It was picture slideshow of him with an appropriate sad song of his called "I'll Have To Go Away (Saying Goodbye)" in the background. Little things like that set me off. Even after 4 months, every single day without him has been a struggle. On most days, I just try not to even think about it because I know if I do, I won't be able to function. :-(

But enough of that depressing talk! I wish you good luck with your regular doctor to have blood work done. Same with your mother's upcoming Foot Doctor appointment. I really appreciate the pictures you posted for me! This whole month of April so far has been very sad for me but you did manage to lift up my mood! Thanks alot! I am doing alright, just sad lately. I hope to catch up with you sometime this week too! Have a fab week, my friend!!! :-)

Hey Sadie! Thanks for posting the Picture of Lynn Ready! Yes, yet another original Mouseketeer we sadly lost this year after Doreen Tracy!

RIP Lynn Ready. I found some information about him:

"Born Lowrey Lynn Ready on December 3, 1944 to Robert and Myrtle Ready, in Dallas, Texas, he began dancing and singing lessons at an early age, and soon was winning amateur contests in the Dallas and Ft. Worth areas. Lynn, who was always billed by his middle name, sang on local radio and television shows from age three on, and later learned to play piano and the steel guitar. Lynn's first professional engagement was in February 1957, on a local Dallas television program, The Curt Massey Show. Shortly afterwards, Lynn took part in a regional audition for replacement Mouseketeers, and became the only Mouseketeer ever hired whose family wasn't already living in California.

Lynn's family, including his older brother Jack, moved to Canoga Park, California, after Lynn won a spot on the show. Though offered a one-year contract with four options, Lynn, like all the other replacement Mouseketeers, found his Mousekareer lasting only six months. For a family that had uprooted itself and moved halfway across the country, this was a major disappointment.

Lynn wound up on the Blue Team like the other third season replacement Mouseketeers. The Roll Call and Alma Mater segments had been filmed before they were hired, so they lacked even the hope of getting into those. With the show reduced to a half-hour format, the Mouseketeers no longer had a daily presence; two days a week were devoted to cartoons, serials, and a newsreel or encyclopedia special. Lynn's opportunities for performing were thus very limited.

Nevertheless he did appear in several production numbers, and even got a feature spot doing his signature jazz dance for 'Mousekaturntoentertain'. The choreography and music for this bit were very different from the show's usual style, and may reflect Lynn's pre-MMC performances. Lynn sang the Doddism ditty Everything is Fun. For couples dancing, Lynn was paired with Cheryl Holdridge, whom he, unlike Dennis Day, seemed to enjoy very much.

Lynn also got to do a serial, The New Adventures of Spin and Marty. With fellow Mouseketeer Don Agrati and another actor, Lynn performed a song for the Triple R 'show within a show', but mostly his role in this story was to sit in the background and look interested. Lynn had a similar passive experience with an episode of Disneyland called the Fourth Anniversary Show. But they also serve who only sit and watch Darlene sing.

After leaving the show in September 1957, Lynn went to Canoga Park High School, where he played football, eventually graduating in 1962. He had also added drums, ukulele, xylophone, and harmonica to his list of instrumental skills, and taken up hunting. Lynn had a bit part in Bye, Bye, Birdie (1962), while attending Valley Junior College, and later had a recurring role as one of Rickey Nelson's frat brothers on Ozzie and Harriet. Small uncredited parts in My Fair Lady (1964) and The Collector (1965) followed, but Lynn was beginning to concentrate on music and songwriting.

Lynn had already appeared as a backup musician and singer for an album released around 1960. He apparently signed a contract with Motown Records, and is credited as a sideman on several records, though he doesn't appear to have released any singles or albums under his own name. He was credited as a rhythm guitarist on some LP's. In 1975 Lynn provided a photo and updates to Keith Keller's book, and in 1980 he took part with thirty other Mouseketeers in the televised 25th Anniversary of Mickey Mouse Club. According to Lynn's family, he passed away from cancer on February 26, 2018."

Hey Beatlebob! Thanks for stopping by, responding to all my picture comments, and for providing more information about that late Mouseketeer. I really enjoyed reading all of that! Sadly I don't think very many of them are still around anymore? Just like The Little Rascals. I read this today...

Chuck McCann, Comic Actor and Popular Kids TV Host, Dies at 83

I know who that is. I remember him from a show called "Far Out Space Nuts". Rest In Peace!

I left you a few new comments on some of the David Cassidy pictures. I stopped at 5 so you won't have too much to catch up on. I know you have a busy week ahead and so do I! I found out today that the hospital building where I'll be accompanying my father on Thursday is actually in town. That's great news as we were not looking forward to traveling all the way to another city like we did last time just for him to fill out some paperwork about his upcoming Colonoscopy appointment. Thanks for the best wishes! Hopefully the results will come out clear too. There's nothing wrong with him that we know of (other than Type 1 Diabetes which he's had for nearly 30 years now) but since he's over 50 the doctors suggested he start getting the occasional Colonoscopy tests done. I'm so sorry to hear that you have an infection. I'm not a male but I can imagine how painful that must be! Especially in such a sensitive area! I hope you feel better soon! And your mother too, of course! :-)

Thanks for the encouraging words. They say things get better with time but I feel like I'm only dealing with it worse and worse everyday. Probably because April is his birth month, I've been feeling extra sad lately, but I'm going to try my best to be strong! :-)

I just spent like 10 minutes taking a closer look at this cool picture. I'm not sure if my David is included in it, but I like to believe one of the people in the front row is supposed to be him, eventhough it's probably not! LOL!!!

Well thanks for catching up! It was great to hear back from you so soon. Usually it takes a little while for us to catch up with eachother, considering we've both been having busy schedules lately! Have a fab week, my friend!!!! :-)

Hey Sadie! You're Welcome for stopping by and responding to all your picture comments!!! I Really Enjoyed your comments!! :-) You're Welcome for providing more information about that late Mouseketeer too! Glad you enjoyed reading that!! I Did too! Yeah, I also don't think very many of them are still around anymore. Also, like The Little Rascals Sadly too! :-( Thanks for posting the picture and the information about Chuck McCann!!!! I Surely Remember Him Too!! RIP Chuck McCann! I found some information about his career:

"A third-generation performer and the son of a singing band leader, Chuck McCann was already a show business veteran by age eleven. Born in Brooklyn, he began his career as a child actor on radio, and by the age of nineteen had appeared on The Steve Allen Show (1951). He performed on several NYC-based radio programs, and went on to create his own stand up act performed at many NYC/NJ/LI nightclubs and on many popular TV variety shows. For a time, he took a hiatus from nightclub and TV performing to study with The Pasadena Playhouse, where he gave a memorable performance in their production of '12th Night' as Sir Toby Belch. McCann would return to NYC to continue to perform in nightclubs and on TV variety shows. Until he was introduced to puppetry, first by Skip Boyland and then by Paul Ashleyon NBC TV's: Rootie Kazootie (1950). For the next 17 years, Ashley and McCann appeared on numerous TV shows: Rootie Kazootie (1950), "Uncle Paul's Lunchtime", The Gumby Show (1956) with Pinkie Lee, "The Puppet Hotel!", "Laurel & Hardy & Chuck!", "Let's Have Fun!", "The Chuck McCann Shows", "The Great Bombo's Magic Cartoon Circus Lunchtime Show" and "Chuck McCann's Laurel & Hardy Show!". After the cancellation of the latter on Friday June 9, 1967, Ashley and McCann went their separate ways.

McCann went onto become a successful comic/character actor and mimic, doing voice over for many television cartoon shows and playing character parts on numerous dramatic and comedic TV series and movies. Paul Ashley used his puppets in industrial films and industrial stage shows. McCann also starred on other TV series: Turn-On (1969), Happy Days (1974), .....Far Out Space Nuts (1975.....),All That Glitters (1977), _"New Kind Of Family, A" (1979)_ and "Chuck McCann's Fun Stuff!". Ashley was slated to reunite with McCann for "LBS Children's Theater" and another TV puppet show "Tiny TV". But Ashley was forced to drop out both projects, when it was discovered that he was suffering from Alzheimer's Disease and McCann took over as the show's host and performer. "LBS Children's Theater" made its debut in September of 1983 and was on the air for one season. Paul Ashley never lived long enough to see "LBS Children's Theater" become a success. Later, he played the voice of Jollo in the 1992 classic hit Sierra video game King's Quest VI: Heir Today, Gone Tomorrow.

Chuck McCann died on April 8, 2018 in Los Angeles, California, of heart failure."

Thanks for leaving me a few comments on some of the David Cassidy pictures!! :-) And Thanks for stopping at 5 for now, since we both have a Busy week ahead!! That's Great to hear that the hospital building where you'll be accompanying your father on Thursday is actually In Town!!! :-) Sure is Great News!! I'm Sure you both weren't looking forward to traveling all the way to another city, like you did last time!! Just for him to fill out some paperwork about his upcoming Colonoscopy appointment!!! I remember that!!! :-( This time it's Much Better!!! :-) You're So Welcome for the BEST WISHES!!! :-) I'm Hoping the results will come out clear too!!! I'm Glad to hear there's nothing wrong with him that you know of (other than Type 1 Diabetes which he's had for nearly 30 years now)!! I knew about the Type 1 Diabetes, though! It's Good since he's over 50 the doctors suggested he start getting the occasional Colonoscopy tests done!! Better to be on the safe side!! I had a few of them done over of the years too! And I'm sure I'll be going for another one in a year or so. Thanks about what you said about my infection!! It's pretty much cleared up now!! Yes, it was pretty painful for a while especially in such a sensitive area!! Thanks for Hoping I feel Better!! :-) As I said, the infection is pretty much cleared up now! :-) And Thanks for the Good wishes about my Mother Too!! Took her to her Podiatrist yesterday, and all went Okay! :-) Tomorrow I see my Primary Care Doctor about having that blood work done for the gout I had in my foot. Will see how that goes?

You're Welcome for the encouraging words!!!! I'm Sorry that you're having a very hard time dealing with it worse and worse everyday!! :-( Probably is because April is his Birth Month!!! It's understandable why you've been feeling extra sad lately!! :-( I'm Glad to hear that you're going to try your best to be Strong!! :-) I Understand, My Friend!! But Hopefully over time it Will get Better for you!!!!

Thanks for posting That picture here!! Sadly I don't think David is included in this picture? It just might be that the guy who made this picture isn't a David Cassidy fan? He put so many people in the picture, he couldn't have room for Everyone!! Even if he did like David! I see that you would Like to believe one of the people in the front row is supposed to be him!!! Even though it's probably not! LOL!!!!! ;-) It Could be, though? I found this picture below, and the one that you think Might be David someone said it was John Bonham of Led Zeppelin. LOL!! That doesn't look like John Bonham to me!!! So, who knows?

I also found this Old Link about that Poster:

I'm Sure you knew about this. "The Beatles' Yellow Submarine Will Return to Theaters for its 50th Anniversary.

These characters will visually come back to life in the film’s new 4K digital restoration, done with the help of Paul Rutan Jr. and his team at Triage Motion Picture Services and Eque Inc. Restoration for the film was done by hand, “frame-by-frame,” without the use of any automated software.

The film’s original score has also been remixed in a 5.1 stereo surround sound at the legendary Abbey Road Studios by music mix engineer Peter Cobbin. The score features six timeless Beatles songs, including “Yellow Submarine” and “All You Need Is Love,” as well as seven orchestral accompaniments, originally recorded by the band’s late producer George Martin.

Abramorama CEO Richard Abramowitz said of the film’s return to theaters, “We’re thrilled to have the privilege of bringing Yellow Submarine back to the big screen so that three generations of happy Beatles fans can enjoy the ground-breaking animation and classic tunes that have long been part of our collective cultural DNA.”

Yellow Submarine returns to the big screen starting Sunday, April 8, across the U.K., Ireland and the U.S. Ticket sales begin on April 17."

I Really Enjoyed that Video! So COOL!! :-)

Thank You for Catching Up Too!!! It was Great to hear back from you so soon too!!! :-) Yes, it usually takes a little while for us to catch up with each other, considering we've both been having busy schedules lately!!! I Hope we can catch up SOON again!!! Best Wishes with your Father's Colonoscopy appointment!!!! Thanks!!! Hope you have a FAB week too, My Friend!!! :-)

Hey Beatlebob! Thanks for sharing that chart for the Rock N Roll Theater picture! It helps me out alot! The description of #46 made me laugh. LOL!!!!! I like how they listed Roger Daltrey as #1, but it's too bad they spelled his last name wrong. LOL! That dosen't look like John Bonham to me either! So I'll pretend it's David! ;-)

Wow! Thanks for all the information about Chuck McCann! It was an interesting read. RIP to him. Yes I already heard about Yellow Submarine coming back to the theaters for a limited time soon. But thanks for sharing that info and video! Cute!!! When I saw it at the theater in 2012 when it had another limited release, I noticed there were several children there. I love how that movie is keeping The Beatles relevant to young kids. It's actually how I first discovered them too, when I was a little kid, many years ago. I rented the movie from Blockbuster and thought they were just a cartoon show! I was in for a big surprise when I discovered shortly after that they were a real music band. And the rest is history! It's a bit embarrassing to admit that's how I first became a Beatles fan but let's just say after seeing Yellow Sub, my life was never the same! LOL!!!!!

I was very sad yesterday! I didn't celebrate David Cassidy much, because I was busy at an appointment with my dad in the hospital which unfortunately took alot longer than expected. When I came home I cried for a few hours. I couldn't even bring myself to listen to any of his music or watch The Partridge Family DVDs, like I had planned. I did manage to come on the computer for a bit to see all the tributes people were putting on social media sites like Facebook and Twitter though. It didn't really feel any different, since I already look at pictures of him online everyday anyway! LOL!!!!! I did decorate a table with birthday and spring/Easter themed stuff for him and ate some cake & ice cream. But inside I felt way too sad to celebrate!!! Here are some pictures of my table:

As you can see, besides a regular Hallmark birthday greeting card on the table, I made my own card for him too. I just bought a regular sympathy/words of encouragement card and added a few small pictures to it. There were many Sympathy cards to chose from but I picked the one with the most retro looking design, and spiced it up a bit. I think it came out great and ended up being a nice addition to my birthday tribute table! :-)

Well I hope you enjoyed those photos! Sorry the table came out looking a bit too girly with all the bright colors. Hopefully David wouldn't mind! LOL!!!!! Easter has become a sad holiday to me too, along with Thanksgiving because they now remind me of him. My birthday and Christmas in December 2017 were super sad!!! And last New Year's Eve was also bad like always. I am excited that the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame ceremony is tomorrow! I now have HBO again and am really looking forward to watching the full ceremony on May 5! This weekend the new Elvis Presley documentary called "The Searcher" premieres on HBO too. I'm also super excited for that!!!! Let me know your thoughts on it if you watch it too? Hope to catch up soon! Have a fab weekend, my friend!!!!! :-)

Hey Sadie! You're Welcome for sharing that chart for the Rock N Roll Theater picture!!! I'm Glad it helped you! I just looked at the description of #46 again, and it made me laugh too!!! LOL!!! "Maybe Spinal Tap?" LOL!!! It kind of looks like it could be Spinal Tap, though? ;-) Yeah, it was Cool that they listed Roger Daltrey as #1. But I see they did spell his name wrong!! LOL!! I see you agree that #66 doesn't look like John Bonham to you either!!! And in that Link I posted they misspelled His name too! "66 John Boham (Led Zeppelin)" LOL!!! Yeah, just pretend it's David!!! ;-)

You're So Welcome for all that information about Chuck McCann!!! I found it interesting to read too. RIP to Him! I figured you already heard about Yellow Submarine coming back to the theaters for a limited time soon. But, I thought it was COOL and wanted to post the information and the video. You're Welcome for that too!! :-) I see you saw it at the theater in 2012 when it had another limited release! COOL! I'm sure there were several children there. I also think it's so Cool how that movie is keeping The Beatles relevant to young kids!! WOW!!! I see it's actually how you first discovered them too, when you were a little kid many years ago!!! :-) You rented the movie from Blockbuster and thought they were just a cartoon show!! ;-) I'm sure you were in for a big surprise when you discovered shortly after that they were a real music band!!!! :-) And Yes, the rest is history!!! :-) Thanks for letting me know how You first became a Beatles Fan!!! I didn't know that? I'm Sure after seeing the Yellow Submarine movie, your life was never the same!!!! LOL!!! :-) You shouldn't feel embarrassed to admit that's how you first became a Beatles Fan!! After all, that's how many young kids these days first discovered them too!! Thanks for sharing that with me!! :-)
WOW! I remember Blockbuster! We had one near us that I belonged to and rented Many VHS movies from them, and DVD movies later on too! Brings back memories!

I can imagine you were very sad on April 12th!! I see why you didn't celebrate David Cassidy much! I know you were busy at that appointment with your Dad in the hospital!! I see that the appointment unfortunately took a lot longer than expected!! :-( Then when you got home you cried for a few hours. I'm So Sorry to hear that!! :-( Feeling the way you did you couldn't even bring yourself to listen to any of his music or watch The Partridge Family DVDs, like you had planned to do!! :-( But, I see you did manage to come on the computer for a bit to see all the tributes people were putting on social media sites like Facebook and Twitter. I can imagine it didn't really feel any different, since you already look at pictures of him online everyday anyway!!! LOL!!!! But, you then decorated a table with birthday and spring/Easter themed stuff for him and ate some cake & ice cream, I see!! Even though you did all of that, I see you still felt way to sad to celebrate!! :-( So Sorry, My Friend!! :-( But, Thank You So Much for sharing the Pictures of your table with me!!! I clicked on each one to enlarge the view! I think you did a Great Job decorating your birthday tribute table!!! :-) Besides a regular Hallmark birthday greeting card on the table, I see you made your own card for him too!!! I see you just bought a regular sympathy/words of encouragement card and added a few small pictures to it. Out of the many Sympathy cards to choose from, I see you picked the one with the most Retro looking design, and you Sure Did spice it up a bit!!! I think the card you made yourself came out GREAT!!!!! I Like those small pictures you added and the one larger picture of David too!!! I see you thought it came out Great too!!! And it Really ended up being a nice addition to your birthday tribute table!!! :-)

YES!!! I Really DID Enjoy The Photos!!! I appreciate that you shared them here!!! :-) I thought the table came out looking GREAT, with all the Bright Colors!!! :-) Even though you thought it came out looking a bit too girly, I'm Sure David wouldn't mind!!! LOL!!!!! ;-) I'm Sorry that Easter and Thanksgiving has become sad holidays for you!!! :-( Because they now remind you of Him!! I remember that your Birthday and Christmas in December 2017 were super sad for you too!!! :-( And I Know last New Year's Eve was also bad like always too!!! :-( I'm Hoping by next year these occasions will become Better for you!!!!! I know you now have HBO again!! :-) That's Great!! I'm also Really looking forward to watching the full Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame ceremony on May 5th too!!! :-) Thanks for letting me know that this weekend the new Elvis Presley documentary called "The Searcher" premieres on HBO too!!!! I'm Sure you're super Excited about seeing that!!! I didn't see it yet. But, I know that HBO will show it a good few times!! So, I'll keep my eye out for it!!! :-) I'm Excited to see it too!!! Thanks!!! When I see it, I let you know my thoughts on it after I see it!!! Did you watch it yet??

Sorry it took a while to get back to you!! Thursday I saw my Primary Care Doctor for a quick exam and they did the blood work There too, for the gout I had in my foot. I was Glad I didn't have to go somewhere else to have that done!!! :-) Friday, I had to get stuff from the stores that we needed. And Yesterday was Laundry FUN etc! They already posted the results on that website I belong to for the blood test! That was fast!! It showed my Uric Acid value is 6.2 mg/dL. It said slightly higher now. Uric Acid Goal < 6.0. In men older than age 40, levels range between 2 to 8.0 mg/dL. It also said Diet Changes Advised. That's all it said. I remember my Podiatrist said I might need medication If my Uric Acid is above 5.0. Will see? Tomorrow I have to call my Primary Care Doctor's office to get a copy of the results to bring to my Podiatrist. I also, have to ask them IF there is any pathology results for the blood work to bring to him? Sometimes those don't show up on that website. So, I might be going to my Primary Care Doctor's office tomorrow to pick up the results. Then I'll have to call my Podiatrist to set up an appointment to see him and bring along the results. I Know I'll have to make some changes to my Diet!! I'll have to find out what I can't eat or drink!! I'm Hoping I won't need Medication for this!! Because I just looked up the medications used to lower uric acid, and they can cause constipation along with other side effects. :-( And I have BAD constipation problems as it is!!! If he says I need one of those medications, I'm going to ask him IF I can take a Supplement instead. I found a couple on amazon for that. And the reviews said they don't have those side effects. So, will see??

So, I don't know when I'll be online again yet? Depending on when I can pick up the results and when I'll be seeing my Podiatrist too? But, I'll catch up with you again, as SOON as I can!!!! Tomorrow it's supposed to rain hard with thunderstorms! If so, I'll go to pick up the results on Tuesday!! LOL!! And see which day I'll be seeing my Podiatrist. I'll catch up with you which ever days I won't be going to the Doctor offices!! I Hope your Father's Colonoscopy results came out clear!!!!!! And I Hope You are doing Alright, My Friend!!!! Hope to Catch Up Soon!!!! Thanks!!! Hope You Have A FAB Week, My Friend!!! :-)

Hey Beatlebob! I sadly heard about 2 new deaths today.
Actors R. Lee Ermey (age 74, best known from the movie "Full Metal Jacket") and Harry Anderson (age 65, best known from the TV show "Night Court") RIP to both of them!

I'm glad you enjoyed the pictures of the table I decorated for my little David Cassidy birthday party. You can click on them to enlarge, if you haven't already. I decorated it the day before his birthday, because I knew I probably wouldn't have time to on the actual day since I'd be busy at the hospital with my father on Thursday and also too sad to decorate. I was right! I wasn't even in any mood to celebrate. I had planned to watch and listen to some stuff in loving memory of him but I just couldn't. I was way too sad!!! All I could do was cry and read some tributes people posted on social media. I was trying so hard not to cry the whole time I was at the hospital. I started crying on the bus ride back home but was able to control myself not to cry too much until I got back home. It just killed me inside that this is the first birthday he won't be here for, especially when the bus passed by a graveyard on the way home, which got me thinking even more about death. I still haven't taken down the decorations off that table yet because I'm going to have a belated celebration now that I'm feeling much better emotionally. :-)

The hospital said they will get back to my father soon regarding his Colonoscopy, since he is a "high risk" person with Type 1 Diabetes and several other health problems, meaning he could even die during a simple Colonoscopy test. He went ahead and filled out all the paperwork and discussed preparation plans although they couldn't schedule any further appointments right now. My mother unfortunately isn't in great shape anymore either, so I'm always accompanying them out to places, like you do with your mother. I hope everything goes well with both your Primary Care Physician and Podiatrist! Since your Uric Acid level is only slightly higher, you might not even need any medication? I also think it's amazing how test results are now released online and so quickly! I wonder if it will be that way for my dad's upcoming Colonoscopy? I should look into that... nothing is scheduled yet though, but when it is, I'll have him ask about that. Thanks for mentioning it! That's great how you're letting them know about your constipation problems and how you'd rather take a supplement instead. Reading Amazon reviews is a smart thing to do too! Just remember that everyone's body is different and the same goes for any side effects and medication reactions. That's great you're also following the advice to change your diet. I need to do that too. Eventhough diets are very difficult to stick to, it ends up being well worth it health wise in the long run! I don't want to end up in as bad shape as my parents if and when I ever reach their age! LOL!!! Best Wishes, my friend! Feel better soon!!! :-)

Thanks for keeping me updated on what's been going on with you lately! No need to ever apologize for taking a little while to get back to me. I appreciate the fact that you still take time every once in a while to stop by here even when you're busy. I wish I could say the same for Ann, who sadly seems to have totally forgotten about us! :-(

I actually didn't watch the new Elvis Presley documentary on HBO called The Searcher since I spent nearly all Saturday long catching up on sleep after a busy week! LOL!!! I bet they will show it again though, like you said. And it will probably come out on DVD soon too. I heard it is very lengthy, like 4 hours long! I also read that HBO was showing it in 2 different parts? So I think I only missed the first part of the documentary so far. I will definitely try to catch it next time! I'm really looking forward to seeing The Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame ceremony on May 5 on HBO too. I heard they showed David Cassidy on the screen in the background during the In Memoriam segment. I can't wait to see that part eventhough it will also be sad. I'm so happy The Cars are finally in! I saw some clips on YouTube of the ceremony and it made me so emotional. Especially when they mentioned Benjamin Orr. If only Ann still participated in this site to discuss it! :-(

Thanks for the best wishes about my father! I was actually relieved that they postponed his Colonoscopy appointment until further notice since I am going through so much other stuff right now. It's just not the right time yet. I hope when they do reschedule it, it will be during a time when I am less busy and less emotional! LOL!!! Please keep me updated on what happens with you and your foot problem! I am doing alright now. Much better than I was on April 12, at least. I hope that other than your foot pain, everything's going alright for you lately too? Thanks for catching up. Enjoy the rest of this month, my friend!!! :-)

Hey Sadie! I sadly heard about those 2 deaths on TV too! I certainly remember R. Lee Ermey from the movie "Full Metal Jacket"!! And seen him in some other movies too. And I sure remember Harry Anderson from the TV show "Night Court"!! He wasn't that old! "The Asheville Police Department, which confirmed the death, did not specify the cause but said foul play was not suspected. Turk Pipkin, a longtime friend, said Mr. Anderson had been hospitalized with the flu a few months ago and had remained sick." This was all I could find about his death. Also, it was sad to hear that Former first lady Barbara Bush has died. "A former First Lady of the United States of America and relentless proponent of family literacy, Barbara Pierce Bush passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at the age of 92. She is survived by her husband of 73 years, President George H. W. Bush; five children and their spouses; 17 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and her brother, Scott Pierce." WOW! She was married to President George H. W. Bush for 73 Years!! RIP to All of them!

Yes, I Really Did Enjoy the pictures of the table you decorated for your little David Cassidy birthday party!! I Did click on them to see them in full view! I thought that card you made came out GREAT!! I see you decorated it the day before his birthday, because you knew you probably wouldn't have time to on the actual day since you'd be busy at the hospital with your father on Thursday. And I can imagine you'd be too sad to decorate on That day!! I figured you wouldn't be in the mood that day to celebrate his birthday! And even though you had planned to watch and listen to some stuff in loving memory of him but you just couldn't!! You were way too Sad!! I Understand!! :-( All you could do, was cry and read some tributes people posted on social media. :-( I see you tried very hard not to cry the whole time you was at the hospital. But, you started crying on the bus ride back home!! :-( But was able to control yourself not to cry too much, until you got back home. I can imagine it was killing you inside that this is the first birthday he won't be here for!! I'm Sorry you passed a graveyard on the way home!! I'm sure that made you think even more about death!! :-( I see you still haven't taken down the decorations off that table yet because you're going to have a belated celebration! Now that you're feeling much better emotionally!!! I'm Glad to hear That!!! :-)

I see that the Hospital said they will get back to your Father soon regarding his Colonoscopy, since he is a "high risk" person with Type 1 Diabetes and has several other health problems! Because he might even die during even a simple Colonoscopy test!! WOW!!! :-( That's Very Scary!!!!! :-( I see he went ahead and filled out all the paperwork and discussed preparation plans, although they couldn't schedule any further appointments right now! Since your Father is a "high risk" person for taking a colonoscopy, there are other alternatives out there!! I found This: "One option that is getting attention from patients and doctors alike allows patients to perform their own test, in the comfort of home. In August 2014, "Cologuard" became the first at-home stool test approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the detection of cancerous and pre-cancerous genetic markers. Essentially two tests in one, it analyzes a stool specimen for DNA changes, while also measuring another sample for evidence of blood. Available only with a doctor’s prescription, the collection kit is shipped directly to a patient’s home. A small bucket with a sample container is provided to collect an entire stool sample, along with a separate tube for the collection of the sample for blood testing. The patient then returns the sample to the laboratory and is notified when results are available." I Wonder IF your Father could have his Doctor look into "Cologuard"? I wonder if this could be a better choice for Him? Just a thought.

I remember you telling me that your Mother unfortunately isn't in great shape anymore either!! :-( So, I see why you're always accompanying them out to places, like I do with my Mother! I'm So Sorry that both your parents have a lot of health problems!! :-( Thanks for hoping everything goes well with both my Primary Care Physician and Podiatrist!! I called my Primary Care Doctor's office about getting the results from them. I also asked if there was any pathology results for the blood work to bring to him? They said there isn't any. Since it was just a one page small report about my results, I had them fax over the results to my Podiatrist. I called his office and asked if they got the fax, the girl said hold on I'll look and my Podiatrist got on the phone and talked to me. He got the fax and said my uric acid levels are pretty much in the normal range for someone my age. But, it was Slightly higher than it should be. He said I have to change my Diet to Low Purine Foods etc., to avoid another flare up of Gout. He gave me a handout of foods to avoid the last time I saw him. Unfortunately, I usually eat most of the foods that I have to Avoid!! LOL!! DAMN!

I talked to him about taking supplements for this. He said I could try ONE to see if it helps. So, I'm still looking on amazon and reading the reviews. Also, I have to try to find a Diet List that shows examples of Foods I Should be eating for this. The handout he gave me, wasn't that detailed. I've been searching for lists and even books about this!!! Spent hours looking!! I couldn't really find anything that was any better than that lame handout he gave me!! :-( My Mother is going to ask the Nurse at the Senior Center about it. Maybe she has a list of Foods I'm Allowed to Eat, so I know what to get!! That handout mainly showed foods to avoid and only a Few kinds I can eat. I need something more extensive than that to figure out what I can buy to eat!! Frustrating!! The Gout was in my left foot. And it was Real BAD!! I don't want to go through that again!! So, I'll be changing my diet, and perhaps try one of those supplements. Not FUN!! My Podiatrist said no need to see him, unless something comes up, like another flare up. He will call me in a few months to see how I'm doing, and will probably have another Blood Test done to see how my levels are. He didn't even mention anything about taking medications, which is Good because of my constipation problems!! So, the search goes on for a good list of foods to eat for this, and also maybe a supplement too. Yes, reading Amazon reviews is a smart thing to do too!! I usually do that! Thanks for reminding me that everyone's body is different and the same goes for any side effects and medication reactions!! When looking for a good supplement to try, I'll keep that in mind!! Yes, I certainly will have to change my diet!! I see you need to do that too! I agree, even though diets are very difficult to stick to, it ends up being well worth it health wise in the long run!!! It will be hard, but I have to!! I Know you don't want to end up in as bad shape as your parents if and when you ever reach their age!! LOL!!! I'm Sure you'll reach their age, my friend!! Just try to take care of yourself the Best You Can, Health Wise!!! Thanks So Much for the Best Wishes and Hoping I'll Feel Better Soon!!! :-)
