Hey Sadie!! I'm So Sorry that I haven't been in touch with you for so long!!! But, my Medicaid Mess Still hasn't been straightened out Yet!!! :-( I've been so busy with trying to get it straightened out that I haven't been on my computer!! This is the latest:

That Woman from my Council Member's office on Thursday said to call her on Friday at 2 PM. I called there and got a recorded message saying there isn't anyone available to answer your call, please leave a message. So, I left a message for Her! I called again a half hour later and got That same recorded message, and left another message for her to call me!!! WTF??? I was Pissed Off!! I waited around to see if she would call me on Friday, because she told me on Thursday she couldn't get a hold of that Woman at Medicaid!! And that she would keep trying to get a hold of her and if I don't hear from her by Friday during the day to call her at 2 PM on Friday!!! Then I got those recorded messages!!! On both messages that I left for her, I said if I don't hear from you today, to please call me in the morning on Monday!!

Friday around 4 PM I got the mail in. I got a Screwed Up letter in the mail from another office at Medicaid!! It said that they are decreasing my Medicaid coverage and are decreasing my Monthly Spend Down payment from $68 to $51 a month. The amount of money I send to the Medicaid Pay In Program for my Medicaid Coverage. On the top line of that letter it had the WRONG "gross"amount that I get from Social Security each month before the medicare deduction!! It had Last Year's amount, Not This Year's Gross Amount which went up another $20. WTF??? They didn't even bother to look in the computer to see what my 2018 S. S. amounts were!!! Those ASSHOLES!!!! By that time, I thought I was going to have a Nervous Breakdown!!!!!! First the bullshit I got when trying to call that Woman from my Council Member's office!!! Then, getting this Screwed Up Letter in the Mail!!!! What a day Friday was!!!!! :-(

Saturday had to do Laundry FUN and go to the store! Sunday we had an appointment to get Hailey's Nails Cut at the Vet. When I tried to get her in her carrying case she Scratched The SHIT out of me BAD!!! A lot of long scratches on my right arm and a couple on my right leg too!!! I got her in the case and closed it. Then doctored up my cuts!! And we called a cab to go there. We just made it there in time!! After we got home, I had to go to the stores again because they didn't have some stuff the day before that we needed. Then Monday came and I Didn't get any call from that Woman from my Council Member's office!! So, I called her at 11 AM and she said the Office closed early on Friday, that's why I got those recorded messages! She said she will keep trying to get a hold of That Woman at Medicaid and to call her at 3 PM if I don't hear from her. So, I called her at 3 and she said she still can't get a hold of that Woman at Medicaid!!! WTF????? I told her about that Screwed Up Letter I got in the mail on Friday!!! She said maybe we can have a 3 way conversation with that lady a Medicaid about that. She told me that she will call me Yesterday sometime in the morning. She actually called at 11 :30 AM and told me she has Another woman on the line from a Different office that has to do with Medicaid. I talked to that woman and told her all about That Letter etc! She gave me a reference number to refer to and gave me a phone number to call at the End of Next Week. It Takes Time!! :-( She said to refer to that reference number when calling and see if my Case was updated and That Letter too. In between calls to and from that Woman from my Council Member's office I have been using my Mother's phone to call the Medicaid Help Line to try again on my own to get help with this Mess straightened out!! I left my phone alone because that Woman I talked to Yesterday took my phone number just in case someone there needs to call me for more information! Also, just in case the Woman from my Council Member's office calls me Or someone from the Help Lines too. Between being on the phone so much and doing what I have to do around here, including going to the stores etc, when I get the time to, I've been So Damn Busy!!! So, the Saga continues!!! FUN!!!!! Who the Hell knows when this Mess will be straightened out???? My Nerves are Racked!!!!!!! So Sorry for rambling on So Long about This!!!

Also, there are problems with the Boilers in our building!! It's been Very Cold here the last couple of days, and we had no heat in our apartment, except for a couple of hours early in the morning and again around bed time. Then the heat goes off Again!!! They put a New Boiler in our Basement on Tuesday but, since then there have been problems with getting the boiler to work right!!! This is CRAZY!!! We are freezing our Butts Off!! This morning around 7 AM the heat came on, but only for an hour!!! Our Super here called the main guy at the company that Installed the boiler to come here again and FIX this Mess!! As I'm typing this, the heat just came back on. But, who knows how long it will last??? They Better Fix this problem Today!!! Today, tonight, and tomorrow it's supposed to be Very Cold here!!! This SUCKS!!!! :-(

I read everything you wrote Here. I see you finally scheduled the first of your overdue appointments and are seeing the Eye Doctor Tomorrow!!! Great!!! I Wish You The BEST with That!!! I'm Glad it will be easier This Time since the center is located right there in town!! :-) And all you'll be doing is choosing a frame for my new glasses. :-) A lot better than what you had to go through at that last visit a few months ago!! But, at least you now have a written prescription from that full exam you had, to bring with you Tomorrow!!! :-) I see the problems you went through with the local eye doctor you've been seeing for many years before that!! :-( Yes! I Also, don't understand the way health care coverages work anymore!! Very Confusing!! :-( I agree, it's not surprising with a quack like Trump in charge now!!! :-( Yes, I guess we should actually consider ourselves lucky that we're even getting health insurance anymore!!! Trump does prefer the wealthy and probably thinks us people who can't afford medical are "shitholes"!! LMAO!!!!! ;-) I also, can't believe he said that about some countries!!! But, he's a Real ASSHOLE!!! I NEVER thought we'd ever have such an immature President too!!! I know what you mean about Obama!!! I Really Miss him too!!!

From what you wrote about that phone call you recently got, it Sure Is a SCAM from what I could see!!! I clicked on that link!! You probably Did pay back that particular loan years ago!!!! I see you did your research!! It was most likely Bullshit and not much to worry about!!!! :-) If they try using your personal information to sign you up for more credit, they would be shit out of luck doing that, from what you said!! LOL!!! I see you got an e-mail shortly after that call saying there was an attempted transaction on your debit card but it was declined, due to lack of funds in the card!! GREAT!! Yes, at least those Bastards couldn't completely fool you!!!! I'm Glad you decided not to do anything else about this situation!!! And if they ever call you again, just hang up on them!!! I don't blame you for not going on Craiglist anymore for anything after what you experienced a few years ago with That SCAM that TV you had!!!! That was Unreal!!!!!! WOW!!!!! I'm Glad you did your research about Craigslist scammers!!! I'm Glad you realized what was going on just in time!! Same with the phone scam!!! I see you also know when emails and letters in the mail are scams too!! Yes, there was no way I would fall for that Microsoft One!!! For the Both Of Us, we "won't get fooled again"!!!! LOL!!!! :-)

Thanks for posting the Pictures and the names!!! So Sad!! :-( I did hear the Sad news about Neil Diamond being diagnosed with Parkinson's, and is retiring from touring!! Such Sad News!!! :-( But, I Didn't know about the Elton John news!!!! :-( It sure will be Sad to see Elton John stop performing soon!!! :-( I know what you mean about it feels like we're starting to lose all the legendary artists lately!! But that's how life is!!! :-(

I'm Glad to hear that BeatleNut is back on Facebook after a short hiatus, and now you have someone else to talk to again!!! :-) Sadly I see you tried to contact Ann on Instagram. Maybe she will respond? But, who knows?? :-( Yes, she was on a site called Fiverr! I just tried to look up her Photoshop name on that site. But, I can't find it!!! :-( I only found old notes about things when I used to help her with a few projects on there. I then tried the Fiverr site and under Photoshop and I searched Beatles. No Luck!! :-( Sorry!! Yes, Sadly it looks like she's inactive all over the Internet other than still listening to Spotify!! :-( It would be Nice if we could ask her is if she had any idea if and when the Retro Sugar and Beatles Abbey Road sites will end? But, we can't get in touch with her!!! :-( I haven't even had the time to go the Beatles site too for a good while now. I always miss you! But like John Lennon once said, "Life is what happens when you're busy making other plans." That is so true! :-(
Thank you so much for still taking the time to stop by and catch up with me whenever you can! That's very sweet and considerate of you! Especially since I often get lonely with nobody to talk to.
No need to apologize for any recent absence! I understand you've been very busy lately. So have I.
I have some laundry and household cleaning to take care of, but I still hope we can talk sometime over the weekend, hopefully on Sunday as you mentioned.

I won't share any new things here today, so that will give you a chance to finally catch up on anything else you may have missed while you were gone.
If you haven't noticed already, I put some new comments under the "Happy Birthday Elvis!", "RIP David Cassidy", "RIP Tom Petty", and "RIP Doreen Tracey" pictures.
I also added a new picture called "RIP Dorothy Malone" with some photos, video, and information about the late actress, who sadly passed away about a week ago.

Wow!!! Not only did you still have trouble reaching Medicaid, but you also received that bad letter in the mail! And to top everything off your cat attacked you and the heat in your building went out! That's so awful!!!! Sorry to hear all this! With all of those problems and the fact that both you and your mother are not in the best of health to begin with, I can see why you felt like you were almost having a nervous breakdown! I can relate, since I've been overwhelmed with issues lately too. I even had to postpone all of my upcoming appointments yet again. Now everything is re-scheduled for early February.
On Thursday the 25th my father had an unexpected sudden medical emergency and I had to accompany him to the hospital. I spent nearly 6 hours in the waiting room. He went in there for severe chest pain. I'm relieved that it wasn't a heart attack or anything serious, just a bad case of acid reflux. I was still angry though, that they kept us waiting for so long. Practically all day! They wouldn't even let me know if my dad was doing alright or not. They just left me there all scared and worried for hours, with no idea if and when he would be back out again. Ridiculous!!! It was just an all around awful day!! Earlier that day, before we left to the hospital, was the monthly inspection for my apartment. But at least the people who came to inspect didn't complain too much about the apartment this time, like they usually do. That was another relief! The last thing I need during this difficult time is more to worry about, that's why I just blew off that stupid phone scam. The weather over here has been crazy and "bipolar" lately too. LOL!!! But for the most part, it's usually more on the cold side. I don't mind the cold weather so much, what really bothers me is the snow!!! So glad it stopped! I hope it stays that way at least for a little while! So that's what's been going on with me lately. Fun, fun! LOL!!!!

Thanks for asking about my Mother. The day after I went with her two Thursday's ago to her Dermatologist visit. She canceled her appointment with That Doctor to see about her Hip problem for the following day. It wasn't bothering her for a couple of days then. So, she canceled the appointment. Ever since this past Tuesday her Hip and leg has been bothering her Again!!! So, she called and made a new appointment with that Doctor again for This coming Friday. That's the soonest she could get.The last few days it has been Really bothering her again!! :-( But, we have to wait till Friday to see that Doctor!! :-( Plus she's been so upset about my Medicaid Mess etc!! She's not doing that well. She's going to try calling That Doctor this week to see if she can get a sooner appointment than Friday. But, who knows? I Hope So!! Whenever she can go, I'll go with her!! It's past the Hospital that we usually go to for some Doctor visits, like that Dermatologist. She needs my help to get there and back!! That's one day I'll skip trying to find out about the Medicaid Mess!!! With Me, I'm feeling weak and anxious most of the time, because of the Medicaid Mess and my Mother etc! My stomach is a mess too!! Oh well. I'm hanging in there! Thanks for the Best Wishes!!!! I Hope YOU are doing Alright, My Friend!!!!! Hey Beatlebob! I did watch The Grammys, but thanks for sharing that "In Memoriam" video. It was nice to see it again. I am so glad they included David Cassidy. I enjoyed U2's performance too! But the rest of the show I didn't really care for. I was glad to see Elton John but appalled that they put Miley Cyrus onstage to perform with him. Yuck! I hate how they can't even have legends perform at the Grammys without including contemporary stars too. Case in point, Paul McCartney with Kanye West & Rihanna, Metallica with Lady Gaga, and now this latest disaster! The Superbowl is coming up next. I see Justin Timberlake will be playing the halftime show again! Eww!!! I won't be watching it this year!! The only reason I watched the 2018 Grammy Awards was for the memorial part and the performance tribute to Fats Domino & Chuck Berry. The rest was the usual crap!!! 

Yes, it was awful waiting all day in the hospital for my father! I almost thought he was dying since they were taking so long back there. Ugh! The emergency room sucks!! Sorry to hear your mother's hip and leg pain returned after she already called off the first appointment. I hope her re-scheduled appointment will be soon and will run smoothly. And I hope you FINALLY get that damn Medicaid nightmare over with!!! It's ridiculous all the trouble you've been going through over it!! Hey Sadie! I came online because I had to order a replacement lamp with a housing for my Mother's TV. It's a rear screen projector LCD TV, and the bulbs only last for a couple of years or so before they blow out, and need to be replaced!! SUCKS!! We turned on the TV this morning and got a message on the screen that the bulb will need to be replaced soon. The bulbs are pretty expensive!! SUCKS!! Oh well. :-( I've had to replace 3 of them already, since we had the TV. It should arrive pretty soon. Once the bulb blows, I'll replace it! Since I was online, I wanted to see if you posted anything Here.

Thank you for commenting on that Dorothy Malone picture. You can catch up on the other 2 (Elvis Presley & Doreen Tracy) whenever you have the time... That's great how you emailed Mike Pell to let him know why you haven't been on the Beatles site lately. Hopefully he responded by now and understood the reasons behind your absence? That sucks how the bulbs in that TV only last for a few years. If they are so expensive to replace, and you've already done it three times, why not just buy a different TV?  Or is it a special television set that your mother really likes? My mother is that way. She gets emotionally attached to things and rarely gets rid of anything, even if it's outdated. LOL!!!

I agree, the Grammys aren't as good anymore. I rarely watch it or any awards shows for that matter. But I tuned in this year just to see if they would mention David Cassidy at all. I was glad they did but also somewhat disappointed that it was only for like 2 seconds, but still better than nothing. My dad is doing much better now. Thanks for asking! It was awful being in the hospital with him the other day. Starting next week I have tons of appointments for myself to deal with. Eye Doctor, Dentist, Regular Doctor, Psychiatrist... the whole nine yards! LOL!! So I probably won't be online as much. I will still try to come online whenever I have a chance though! :-)

Looking forward to any George Harrison Photoshops you might post on the Beatles site later this month for his birthday! And that one you share every year of The Beatles with roses! That's still one of my favorites!! It's only been 2 days into February and I'm already making new Valentines in Photoshop. This year I'm going with a David Cassidy theme! They're going to say "I Think I Love You"! ;-)

Dennis Edwards, a former lead singer of Motown pioneers the Temptations, died Thursday at the age of 74. He was a member of the revered soul group originally from 1968 until 1977 and later rejoined for various reunions into the Eighties. His voice was present on a string of hits, including "I Can't Get Next to You," "Ball of Confusion" and "Papa Was a Rollin' Stone." His family confirmed the singer's death to CBS News. He died at a Chicago hospital of complications from meningitis. He was diagnosed with the disease in May 2017. 

"It really saddens me to know that another Motown soldier is gone. Rest in peace, my brother. You were a great talent," Smokey Robinson tells Rolling Stone magazine.

The Temptations are one of the best Motown groups ever!!! RIP to him!!

Yeah, I'm Glad I let Mike Pell know why I haven't been on the Beatles site lately! He sent me an email back saying he had problems with Medicaid too in the past! So, he understood!! Yeah it Really Sucks how the bulbs in my Mother's TV only last for a few years!! :-( I wanted her to get a New TV because of this!! But, she's like your Mother getting emotionally attached to things in that way too!! LOL!! Plus, she said the New TV's are made poorly and she doesn't want to spend that much money!! To buy a New TV, and a Sound Bar or Speakers too all at the same time!! It would be too costly. The New TV's have very poor sound. Most people buy a sound bar too. She likes Her TV because the Speakers are powerful, and it sits Higher than the New TV's do. The New TV's sit low on the TV stand units. So, until this TV doesn't work anymore, she wants to keep it. Oh well.

I'm the same way!! I rarely watch the Grammys and other Awards shows anymore for the reasons we Both mentioned!! The Only one I like watching is The Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame! My Medicaid situation Still isn't straightened out yet!! :-( I was on the phone for so many hours on Thursday, it was Horrible!! First I called that place I was supposed to call with the reference number given to me. I finally got through to a person there, and she said it takes 14 days to get a response back from Medicaid, at least!! So, she told me to call there again next Thursday. She didn't know why that other woman told me to call towards the end of last week. I was So Frustrated!! After that, I started calling the Medicaid Help Line again!! Had to go through the automated crap and wait a long time to talk to someone! That person couldn't help me. But, gave me 2 different phone numbers so try. I finally got through to someone and said they couldn't help me, that I would have to call a different department. That person gave me 2 phone numbers, and connected me to the first number. But, I could hardly hear the person!! I kept saying Hello Hello!! And they hung up!! I tried calling the second number and spoke to a woman and explained Everything to her. She looked up the info in her computer and said it "Seems" that they didn't add This Year's coverage to my Case Yet, that I already paid them for!! The money I send to the Medicaid Pay In Program for coverage!! I paid them for coverage up to the end of this April!! She sent a message to them to add my coverage for January to April of this year to my Case!! She said it should take about a week, maybe less, maybe more for them to do this. She told me to call That phone number again this Wednesday to see IF this was taken care of. So, just "Maybe" that's what the problems is?? Knowing Medicaid, Who Knows?? So, I'll call on Wednesday and Hopefully I'll be able to speak to someone there!! Each time you get a different person. I'll tell that person what that woman told me and see IF that was the problem and IF it was taken care of?!?! Will see?? Maybe they will tell me something Different? THIS is driving Me CRAZY!!!!!

This coming Friday I have an appointment with my Urologist. I'll have to talk to them and tell them I'm having problems with my Medicaid, and see what they will tell me. What a MESS!! So, this coming week is going to be yet another FUN week, I'm Sure!!! :-( Will see? Sorry for rambling on and on!!! I'm just so Frustrated!!!!!

Thanks for asking about my Mother's Doctor Visit!!! I went with her there, and WOW it was Brutal out!!! It's was Freezing and the high winds made it worse!! Anyway, the Doctor talked to her and examined her and he took X-Rays too. He said he didn't see any broken bones!! But, he said there might be very small fractures? He said there Really Isn't anything he can do for her about this, at her age!! :-( He said try to walk more often and try some Light exercises. That might help her feel less pain. He also, looked in the computer and saw her images from that bad fall she had prior to the last fall, that gave her compound fractures in her back. He said she has a lot to deal with, pain wise from these Falls. But, there is Nothing he can do for her about that either!!! He said at least she doesn't have a broken Hip! So, she found out that she doesn't have any broken bones and that the areas are badly bruised. But, she has to deal with the pain the best she can!! FUN!!! I Feel so bad that he can't do anything for her!! Just the way it is! :-(

Well, so far I managed to get One of the Problems I had with Medicaid fixed! :-) I'm Still working on the Other problem I have with them with my Medicaid Pay In Program. Hopefully that will be Fixed Soon!! Will see? I was on the phone for many hours Yesterday with That Lady I talked about Above. She is looking into getting This Other problem Fixed!! I'm Hoping!!

Hey Beatlebob! First of all, sorry it took me so long to finally catch up with you. I've been extremely busy lately! Thanks for saying you hoped my appointments all went well! Actually, the only real "appointment" I had was to go to the eye doctor's office and pick out some frames for my new glasses, which I did. They should be here in about a week! Yay! All the other appointments are really in March, but I still had go to those places to fill out some paperwork, etc... since some things with my health insurance changed. Just like yours! But fortunately I didn't have to deal with any confusing disaster like you! I'm glad to hear that your problem with Medicaid is at least somewhat figured out now. A step closer is still better than nothing. That's great news!
The Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame is the only Awards show I enjoy watching too! I'm really looking forward to this year's ceremony, mostly because of The Cars! Too bad Candy O. won't talk to us anymore. I'd love to hear her thoughts on their long overdue induction! Hopefully you've fixed the bulbs in your mother's television set by now? And hopefully she is feeling better health wise? I sure hope so! And the same goes for you! :-)

Did you have to cancel your Urologist appointment since that problem with Medicaid still isn't completely taken care of yet? Hopefully not! I just figured out the other day that I've been paying every time I pick up my medication at the pharmacy for a few months now, eventhough it was supposed to be completely free all along. Their mistake! Oh well, at least it wasn't much money I've been losing. It's still unfair though! Now I know how you feel! LOL!!!

It's a relief to see that both of them are still up and running! It's sad without Candy O. though! That sucks you had to cancel that appointment. Good luck with the rescheduled date in March. Hopefully any other problems you still have with Medicaid will finally be taken care of soon! Be careful accompanying your mother to her Podiatric appointment and while traveling to see your shrink soon too. The weather sucks!! That's awesome you know how to change the lights in your mother's TV! I would have no idea how to do that! LOL! I can barely even figure out how to turn on those fancy television sets! LMAO!!! That's a good idea how you already ordered a new bulb in advance, eventhough it's not quite time to change it yet. Thank you for commenting on the vintage Valentine's Day pictures I posted.
