Yes, she did a lot of songs in the 50's and 60's. I remember that song too, "And That Reminds Me". I don't remember the movie "Let's Rock". But, I think I remember seeing that episode of "Sanford and Son", when she was much younger. :-)

Yes! I too remember when everyone was accusing Bill Cosby of sexual harassment a few years ago!! And it sure reminds me of the News Lately Too!! You hear more and more accusations of sexual assault  every day ever since it started with that guy Weinstein!! It sure seems like everyone else is jumping on the bandwagon of confessions!!! Against Politicians, Movie Stars, and now a News anchor! A long trusted news anchor from CBS and PBS, Charlie Rose! I also agree that type of behavior is reprehensible!! It could very well be that some of the accusers are exaggerating or even fabricating stories!! Just for attention and with the intention of possibly ruining others' careers!!! But, I DO believe the accusers of Donald Trump!! He's a Pig!!! I also find it Strange how most people kept quiet for so long instead of pressing charges at the time!!! But, a lot of them are saying that they were afraid to come forward at the time it happened because they might get fired from their jobs, and accused of just being liers. So, who knows?? I'm sure we're going to keep seeing more and more of this!! Yes, I went to our Beatles site before coming here. And sure enough Mike Pell got back to us! LOL!! I see you went back and changed your original post about Mike Pell here. Yeah, it was great to finally hear from him again!!! :-) I have to do a better job of keeping up with his shows on Podomatic too!! I also missed a lot of them, because of being busy and haven't had much time to listen to them!! But, I listened to a few of them lately too!! They sure are interesting!!! :-)

That's understandable that you always called Mel Tillis the "Coca-Cola Cowboy"!! I also always associated him with that song!! :-) Yes, he is still alive! :-) I see that you remember him form that movie “Smokey and the Bandit 2”!! So do I . Every once in a while they play the Smokey And The Bandit movies on TV. But, not that often anymore.

I'm still very worried about David Cassidy too!! So Sorry you even had trouble sleeping last night!! Every time when I watch the news in the morning when I wake up I'm afraid to hear the Worst has happened!! :-( It IS comforting to see so many other people besides you and me are concerned and praying for him too!! Thanks!! I meant every word I said about him!! And I enjoyed everything you said about him too!!! Yes!! Everyone loved the Keith Partridge character!! Every time I come online I first look to see the Latest News about him!!! I also noticed a few news outlets were already reporting that he had passed away, just like what happened with Tom Petty last month!!! :-( That Really Disgusted me too!!! They Should get the Story Right, before posting Something Like That!!!!! Horrible!!! :-( I Don't believe any news until I see the same story that has been confirmed, on news channels like NBC, CNN, etc!! For me too, it's still very upsetting and confusing to read headlines like that along with RIP posts from some people on social media who believed it!!!! That's why I check a lot of other news sites online when I see Something Like THAT!!! I almost believed it for a second too!!! :-( Then found it wasn't True on Reputable news sites!!! I'm also still praying that a miracle will happen with him!!!! But, as for me too, if he sadly does pass away, I hope it will be peaceful and painless!!!!! :-(

YES!! There has been several bad news lately!! :-( I agree, except for Manson's death!! That was quite the opposite!!! LOL!!!!!! ;-)

You're Welcome for including some extra information about Manson and his partners in crime!! I was watching Tom Brokaw on MSNBC and learned about the capital punishment changing! then found some more information online. I Agree!! Either way they were still punished for their actions and that's what Really Matters!!! I can imagine you hate that Susan Atkins who stabbed actress Sharon Tate to death, used the nickname "Sadie" like you!! :-( I Also HATE how they all said The White Album was an influence on them!!!! :-( Yes!!! Good riddance to them!!!! And we Sure will all rejoice someday when John Lennon's killer finally goes too!!!!!!

WTF???? Thanks for posting this picture!!! YES!!! How on earth did they even find that?? I too don't recognize them from any of the Beatles social networking sites we've had!!! It could be that my photo somehow ended up circulating all over the Internet??? I guess that's how they found it? I see on the right side of the post that you commented and said that a friend of yours made it a few years ago!!! Thanks!!! I Appreciate That!! No, that other Bob there isn't me! LOL!! I'm not active there anymore!! Thanks for letting me know!!! It pissed me off when I First saw this picture you posted!!! But, I really don't mind that much!! Yes, it's also flattering in a way!! :-) They must of thought it looked cool to share it!! Now that I think about it, I think I posted some of my creations on my Photobucket. And I also posted some on my Tumblr page. Maybe that's where it was found? And they get re-posted etc. I think I remember you telling me that you also seen people on Facebook use my Valentine's Day Beatles photo of them holding roses. And I also saw my Easter Beatles Photoshop on a site being used one time!! I got angry when I saw that!! But, as I said, I posted those on my Photo sites I mentioned so other people could enjoy them as well. At First I get Shocked!! Then I figure, "Oh Well", I guess they liked them enough to post them!!! LOL! :-) It could also be as you said, that maybe they were members of our Beatles site after all? I agree, they should have still asked me first before using it in other places!! Oh Well. Not a Big Deal!! Hey Beatlebob. I am super sad right now but had to stop by here for a minute just to let you know that I will be taking a short break from the Internet for a little while. I know you understand why. I will miss talking to you but I'm too devastated over David Cassidy's death! It dosen't hurt any less eventhough I already knew for a few days in advance that it would most likely happen. I have been crying ever since I first heard he was hospitalized, and when I heard the even worse news on Tuesday night that he passed away, and this time it was official, I cried even more! I got so hysterical that a neighbor even overheard me and asked if I was alright! They thought I fell down and injured myself or something. I am so relieved that I was at home when I heard the news and since it was in the evening, I could just cry myself to sleep. It would have been much worse if it happened in the day time, when I am usually out shopping and running errands. I would have broken down in public and had a hard time getting through the rest of the day. I've calmed down a bit since, and have been trying to think of him as finally being at peace now. It's a comforting thought but I still feel absolutely devastated!!! What a horrible thing to happen right before all the holidays I was so looking forward to! I feel like everything is ruined now and I could care less about Thanksgiving which is tomorrow! :-( 

Thank you for always being there for me! I really appreciate it! You always cheer me up but unfortunately nothing could cheer me up right now! This is one of the saddest days of my whole entire life! I feel so hurt, like I just lost a family member! I'm not even in the mood to listen to his music or look at any pictures and videos of him yet, which is what I always do when somebody dies to pay tribute. I feel like it's still too soon! It's hard for me to even see any headlines about it! I can't even process the fact that's he gone! The pain is unbearable and it's only just begun... :-(

Don't worry too much about me though. I just need some time off to grieve. I plan on coming back sometime in early December, around the time of my birthday. Thanks for understanding! You're the best! :-)

Hey Sadie! I'm Very Sad today too!!! I didn't know David passed away till this morning when I was watching the News on TV! Now I know he passed away last evening!! :-( I was watching re runs of Law & Order on TV last night then just went to bed. When I heard the news this morning I was So Sad!! And I thought about You!! I Really Appreciate that you let me know what's going on with you!!!! I Surely Understand My Friend!!! :-(
I Will Surely Miss talking to You too!!! But, I KNOW you're too devastated over David Cassidy's death!!! It's the same for me that it doesn't hurt any less even though we already knew for a few days in advance that this would most likely happen!! :-( I know you've been crying ever since you first heard he was hospitalized!! Then when you heard the Official News last evening that he passed away, I could imagine you cried even more!! There is just too much news about his death on the Internet and social media sites!!! :-( It's just too hard to handle seeing all of that right now!!!!!

I really liked Gomer Pyle and The Andy Griffith Show!

He was a great actor and singer. I even have a vinyl record of him.

Sad to hear he has passed away at the age of 87.

I also, Really liked Gomer Pyle and The Andy Griffith Show!!! I still watch it sometimes! And remember his own spin-off show Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C. Yes, he was a great actor and singer!! I see you even have a vinyl record of him! His surprisingly rich baritone singing voice made him a successful recording artist!! So much different than his Gomer Pyle voice he used on The Andy Griffith Show!! Very Talented!!

Yes, "Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C." is what I was talking about. I liked that show too, and when he appeared as the same character on The Andy Griffith Show. I remember finding that vinyl record in a thrift store once and it made me laugh when I first saw it because I didn't even know he was a singer too! When I bought it and gave it a spin I was surprised!! I also got an Andy Griffith record from a thrift store one day but it was not music, just a comedy routine record. I agree, Jim Nabors was very talented and versatile. His singing voice was so different from his country accent Gomer one! LOL!!! RIP to him! 

I am really looking forward to seeing any David Cassidy pictures you'll post for me!!! It dosen't matter if I've already seen them all, I will still enjoy seeing them again! I can never get enough of him! ;-) LOL! Thanks for taking the time to update two old birthday creations too. Did they say the year on them and you had to change it? I had to do that once too when I was using one of your old Photoshops and realized it said Happy New Year 2013. Lmao!!!

I thought it was sweet how, not only is it a birthday tribute to me but also a nice tribute to him as well. Fall injuries can be unpredictable like that! It might even hurt more in a few days than it did on the first day! It can be weird sometimes. Glad you're getting a new non slip mat and she's seeing the doctor just to be on the safe side. Best wishes to her and you! I appreciate that you shared the pictures one day early in advance to guarantee they'll be posted in time for me to see. That was nice of you! I bet you'll be posting some nice Christmas Beatles Photoshops soon! I hope this site and the Beatle one will still be around in 2018! I was reading up about Ning and I think their expiration if left unpaid is at the beginning of each year! Yikes! Well if that unfortunately does happen, you know where to find me! :-)

LOL!! :-) I'm Glad it was Both a tribute to You, and also a nice tribute to David as well!! :-) Yes, I agree that Fall injuries can be unpredictable!! My Mother talked to the girl there and she said the Doctor is totally booked up this week!! :-( She told my Mother if the symptoms get worse to call back again and they will try to slip her in for a quick appointment. In the meantime she will be seeing the Doctor next week. Plus, this Wednesday my Mother has an appointment to see her Dermatologist. And This Thursday I have to go to NYC to see my Shrink!! So, in a way my Mother didn't mind waiting till next week to see Her MD!!! Just too many appointments! Thanks for the Best Wishes to Her and Me!!! :-) Not knowing how things would go here today is why I posted the pictures one day early in advance! To make sure they would be posted in time for you to see! Thanks!!! I'm Glad you appreciated that!! :-) Yes, towards Christmas time I'll post some of my old Christmas Beatles Photoshops, with a date change, LOL! ;-) I too Sure Hope this site and the Beatle one will still be around in 2018!!! Oh yeah, I forgot to share yet another Photoshop I made for my birthday. I bet you will like it and it's retro which makes it perfect for this site too! :-)

Those cool people and things are classic actress Deanna Durbin, Max Baer Jr. AKA "Jethro", Beach Boy Dennis Wilson (who sadly drowned to death), Chris Hillman from The Byrds, the Beatles For Sale album release date, and the 2017 full moon. (Which I wish I would've seen but didn't because I was too busy sleeping when it appeared after midnight! LOL!!! Have you heard about that on the news? I did, and I think it was actually December 3 when the supermoon was most visible. But unlike the 2017 eclipse, I think it lasted for a few days which means it was probably still around on the night of the 4th too!) 

I like how you included the Rubber Soul album on Candy O's collage, since it was released in December of '65. I think it was actually on December 3 though and not the 6th? So it's more closer to my birthday but still off by one day. I'm not sure of the exact dates though because the US and UK release usually have different release dates. Still cool how my favorite (and I think hers too?) Beatles album was released in our birth month! :-)

It's interesting how our birthdays are one day apart. It was fun looking up who shares a birthday with us. I also found some info about famous people who died on those dates too. Roy Orbison died on her birthday and Frank Zappa on mine. :-(

I also found this info: The 'Million Dollar Quartet' is a recording of an impromptu jam session involving Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins, and Johnny Cash. It was made on December 4, 1956, at the Sun Record Studios in Memphis, Tennessee.  

WOW! I've heard of that before but never knew it was on that day until now! That's another cool thing I could've added to the collage! :-)

Yes, I heard about that on the news! I Think it was on December 3rd too. I Wish you could have seen it too!! But, I see you were too busy sleeping when it appeared after midnight! LOL!! I think it lasted for a few days too. It probably still was around on the night of the 4th too!! I missed it too!! I also, wish I could have seen it! LOL!!

"Rubber Soul: Released: December 3, 1965 (UK), December 6, 1965 (US)" ;-) The UK version was one day before your Birthday, and the US one was on Candy O's Birthday. The both releases were close to Your Birthday, though! ;-) Yes, it IS Cool how your favorite Beatles album and maybe Candy O's favorite Beatles album was released in your birth month!! :-)
