I can definitely relate to your frustration over finding clothes that are the right size, along with the inconvenience of taking public transportation to go on shopping trips. It's difficult for me too. That's why I mostly order things online. I noticed that the Internet prices are often alot less than they are if you bought it in person at the store and it also saves all the trouble and expense of traveling.
I'd rather buy a new coat in real life though so I can try it on.
Same with shoes. Although I much prefer online ordering, there are still some certain things (like groceries) that I only buy in person. Ordering stuff on the Internet does have it's downside too though!
Such as waiting for long periods of time in the mail, stuff even getting lost in the mail, or arriving on time but not fitting as expected, eventhough it was supposed to be the right size.
I've never returned anything back through the mail though, because that's even more trouble! If it dosen't fit, I just keep it and try to resell it later or something. Bad experiences with online ordering have only happened to me a few times though.

Yes, my Urologist wanted to see me in January. But, I told him I Always have trouble with my Medicaid coverage in the beginning of the year!! I told him I sent in my Yearly Medicaid Re cert in September. But, they always mange to screw my coverage up each year!! I have to go through a lot of things with them to straighten it out!! I told him to be on the safe side I'd rather see him in February because of that! He understood!! He told me his office staff always has problems with Medicaid too!! I'm Not looking forward to going through the same mess with Medicaid again!!! It's No Fun at all!! :-( But, the Good News is I don't have to see my Urologist until February!!! :-) Thanks for the Good Luck wishes!!! I Really Hope my condition improves soon too!!! :-)

Another thing that Sucks about clothes these days, is everything is so cheaply made, even though they don't cost any less for the quality of them!! They don't make things like they used to!!! :-( I've read so many reviews on amazon about clothes, underwear, etc. And the reviews are all negative about they're quality and sizing problems. So, even buying them in person, even if it fits, who knows how long they'll last?? It's like that with everything they make these days!!! Poor Quality, made overseas, and no quality control!! Oh well.  :-( I Hope you'll still be able to find a Good winter coat that fits well, and lasts!!! Best Wishes with that!!! :-)

Wow! First George Young from The Easybeats recently died and now this! So sad!!
I remember reading Malcolm Young had dementia, so I'm assuming that's why he passed away while only in his early 60s.
Very sad news. Rest In Peace to him too. :-(

WOW!!! Malcolm Young died too!! :-( I didn't know that!! Really, first George Young from The Easybeats recently died and now this too!!! Now it's only Angus Young left, out of the Young brothers! So Sad!! :-( I didn't know Malcolm Young had dementia, it probably did have something to do with his passing away while only in his early 60's! :-( Yes, Very Sad News! Thanks for posting the information about him and the picture too!!

I just got done with Laundry FUN! LOL! Glad to get that over with!! WOW!! My Hair is really thinning out!! I couldn't do anything with it anymore as it got longer since my last hair cut!! I went and got a short hair cut yesterday. It's thinned out but, at least it doesn't look like I'm wearing a comb - over or a shoddy looking wig now!! LOL!!!!!! ;-) My Father was balding when he was in his 30's. At least I'm not bald and my hair didn't start thinning out till a few years ago! I just have to get used to wearing my hair short and Hope it doesn't get too much worse anytime soon!!! LOL!! Oh well. :-(

Hey Beatlebob! Laundry Days are no fun. Today is MY Laundry Day, so I don't have much time to talk. But I thought I'd stop by here for a second, mostly to share the sad news that David Cassidy is hospitalized in critical condition! If you haven't heard already, he has dementia (like Malcolm Young) and now has multiple organ failure too. This is devastating to me! Ever since I've heard the news, I spent all weekend crying. I've always loved him and have been fearing the worst ever since he publicly announced his dementia diagnosis earlier this year. I really don't want him to die right now! That will totally ruin my Thanksgiving, and birthday soon. I'll be too sad to enjoy the holidays if he passes away! I read that he's been in a coma with kidney and liver failure, was in emergency need of a transplant but is now on a breathing tube, and the doctors gave him a "grim" chance of survival but I still don't want to give up all hope just yet. I just can't imagine him being gone!! :-( 

Yes, you're right, Angus Young is the only one left now. Very sad indeed! It must be awful for him to deal with both of his brothers' deaths happening within a month! I have been listening to AC/DC and The Partridge Family. :-(

But enough of all this bad news. I hope you will have a good Thanksgiving week ahead! Do you ever shop on "Black Friday"? I rarely do, since I'm usually broke towards the end of the month and from paying for Thanksgiving food. Besides, I already often find sales, bargains and deals all year long both in real life and online anyway. So I don't really see what's the point in Black Friday. I'm usually still feeling so full on the day after Thanksgiving that the least place I want to be is in a busy crowded store anyway! Sorry to hear you noticed your hair has thinned out lately! That reminds me of the line from "When I'm Sixty Four". "When I get older, losing my hair..." but not too many years from now. LOL! Wow, your father started balding only in his 30s? Both of my parents already had gray hair in their thirties so I fear for the future of my mane as well. Maybe you should try a product like Rogaine? That's a much better suggestion than getting a wig or toupée. LOL!!!! And it might just work! Good luck with that! 

Well I've got to leave and do my Laundry now. I was actually supposed to do it on Saturday but was so distraught over the news about David Cassidy, that I put it off until later, along with all my other weekend plans. Hope to catch up more with you soon! Have a fab week, my friend!! :-)

Aww that was sweet of you to think of me! Alot of people said the same thing. When they first heard about David Cassidy on the news they thought of me too. I even got some messages and phone calls from friends and family who knew I would be worried! I've loved him for many years too, just like you. Since I was a little girl. That's why it's so difficult for me to accept what's happening!! It's almost like a family member! I'm sure alot of fans feel the same way. All I can do is continue to pray for his recovery while still preparing myself for the worst. :-(

Did you hear notorious murderer Charles Manson has passed away at age 83? Not that anybody really cares. LOL!!! It's comforting to know that he and his accomplices were incarcerated for nearly 50 years now. A punishment they well deserve for what they did to Sharon Tate and other innocent people!! I hate it when they tried to blame the Beatles song "Helter Skelter" for driving them mad! That's complete crap!!! When I recently heard that he was also hospitalized and clinging to life, I wished him the WORST! I hope he's finally getting his punishment in death!!! And the same goes for John Lennon's murderer!! I also wish him the absolute worst!!!! I don't even like the idea that our tax dollars are helping to keep animals like that alive in prison!!!! They should all rot!!! Sorry for the rant. It just makes me so MAD!!!

I think your idea of simply getting a new hairstyle that better suits your hair texture and also maybe dying your greys is the best option. I just read some bad reviews about Rogaine too and saw the high prices. Your father and friend both dealt with hair loss and so can you. I wear baseball caps all the time. They are the easiest solution for a bad hair day, even permanent bad hair days! LOL!!! They also look cool! I even have a Beatles one.

WOW! Mel Tillis passed away too! I'm not a big fan of country music either. I do like some classic country too, though! I Know who he is from his stuttering. And remember him in movies like "Every Which Way But Loose"and the "Smokey and the Bandit" movies. I remember some of his songs like "Coca-Cola Cowboy"and "Ruby, Don’t Take Your Love to Town".

No problem about forgetting to include Della Reese.
It's understandable since she was the latest one to pass away.
I had to go back and edit my original post to include her too.
I knew she was also a singer, but I am not too familiar with her music, other than a hit song called "And That Reminds Me". Besides "Touched By An Angel", I remember seeing her in a movie called "Let's Rock" and on an episode of "Sanford and Son", when she was much younger. She didn't play any fictional characters, she just appeared as herself in both.

Speaking of "The Cosby Show", I remember when everyone was accusing Bill Cosby of sexual harrasment a few years ago. And that reminded me of all the news lately. Have you noticed, that lately there has been an uproar of people accusing others of sexual assault??
Ever since that Weinstein guy made the news it seems like everyone else is jumping on the bandwagon of confessions!! While I do agree that type of behavior is reprehensible, I think some of the accusers are exaggerating or even fabricating stories for attention and with the intention of possibly ruining others' careers! I just find it strange how some people kept quiet for so long instead of pressing charges at the time! Weird!!

You may also have noticed that I went back and changed my original post to say that Mike Pell has finally responded to us, over at the Beatles site. It was great to finally hear from him again! I've got to do a better job of keeping up with his shows on Podomatic. I've been busy and haven't had much time to listen, but I've been doing my best to catch up on it lately. It sure is interesting!

I always called Mel Tillis the "Coca-Cola Cowboy". That's the main song I always associated him with. I wasn't even sure if he was still alive or not! But now I know. Now that you mention it, I do remember him from the movie “Smokey and the Bandit 2”. It's been a while since I've seen any of the Smokey And The Bandit movies.

I am still very worried about David Cassidy! I even had trouble sleeping last night! It's comforting to see so many other people besides me are concerned and praying for him too, including you! That was sweet all the stuff you said about him! Of course I agree with everything you said, he did have a great sense of humor, looks, and talent. Everyone loved the Keith Partridge character! It disgusted me to see some news outlets were already reporting that he had passed away, just like what happened with Tom Petty last month.
I don't believe any news until I see it on an official source like AOL but it's still very upsetting and confusing to read headlines like that, along with RIP posts from some people on social media who believed it! Even I almost believed it for a second! I am still praying that a miracle will happen with him! But if he sadly does pass away, I hope it will be peaceful and painless!! :-(

So yeah, there has been several bad news lately, except for Manson's death. That was quite the opposite! LOL!!!

P.S. I noticed someone in a Beatles fan group on Facebook shared that Photoshop you made of The Beatles eating Thanksgiving dinner with John Lennon joking as the turkey! WTF? How on earth did they even find that?? I don't recognize them from any of the Beatles social networking sites we've had. Maybe your photo somehow ended up circulating all over the Internet?? I didn't like how they did not give you credit for it, so I commented and said that a friend of mine made it a few years ago. Then I noticed the person that posted it's name was Bob, like yours. So I wondered for a minute if that could be you? But then I remembered you said you were not an active member of Facebook anymore. Well I just wanted to let you know, if you're not aware already! I know I'd be angry if I saw strangers using my Photoshop creations without my permission or at least giving me any credit! But maybe you don't mind? It's also flattering in a way, that they must of thought it looked cool to share it! I have also seen people on Facebook use your Valentine's Day Beatles photo of them holding roses, and I think I also saw others using your Easter Beatles Photoshop once too! I wonder how they even got those photos in the first place??? Maybe they are members of the Beatles site afterall. But they should still ask you first before using it in other places!!!
