I love the white fur coat! I hope it's not real either though. Maybe her other earring fell? lol!

That one earring does look heavy, so maybe it did fall off!

I just learned that Twiggy is an avid supporter of animal rights, so hopefully this was faux or solely worn for the photoshoot! :)
