She was pretty!! I really liked The Stone Poneys band! Their songs Different Drum, December Dream, Orion, etc... Mike Nesmith wrote that song A Different Drum! I love it!!! :-)
Yes, she was So Pretty!! I liked that band too!!! They had some Great songs!! She had a Great Voice!!!
WOW! I didn't know Mike Nesmith wrote that song?? Cool!! It's like that song Desperado she did. The Eagles wrote that song. But, it flopped. Then she sang it, and it became a hit!! :-)
LOL I never knew that was her song before it became an Eagles song. That must be how un popular it was! LOL! She was gorgeous. And yes Mike wrote that song. I read the company actually didn't like it and turned it down? LOL wtf
I love Different Drum as well! :) I've listened to it 100x over and over again and even tried singing it on karaoke a few times. Haha, I was obsessed with it during my teens and twenties, and hopefully in my thirties if I live... lol.
Sadie...Desperado was an Eagles Song. Then she did a cover version of it. She did a Fantastic job with it, and the Eagles Loved it too!! It became a Hit! Glenn Frey and Don Henley of the Eagles were in her back up band when she was on the road in her early days performing, before they formed their own band, The Eagles. They knew her for a long time! :-) Yeah, she was gorgeous!! And had a Great voice!!
The company didn't like that song Mike wrote?? Wut?? LOL!!! That was a Great Song!!!
