LOL I don't know. I just thought "The Union Gap" sounded like "Unit" or something. But I found out who this magazine was actually talking about! Unit 4 + 2 were a British pop band, who had a number one hit in the UK Singles Chart in 1965 with the song "Concrete and Clay"

LMAO! I actually never heard of them! Maybe because they were more popular over in England.
