Yes, that's Jayne Mansfield and she's with Red Skelton from a funny skit together. It IS a Funny Picture!! LOL!!  :-)

OH! Makes sense now! I have that skit on VHS as a matter of fact! But it was in black & white! Nice to see a picture in color!!! :-)
