Actually it would make more sense if it said "Happy Birthday Candy O." with a picture of The Cars!

P.S. This one looks like a Valentine's Day card too! It's red and has BeatleGirl in a heart! I'm too lazy to make new Valentine cards soon so I'll just change the words from "Happy Birthday" to "Happy Valentine's Day from BeatleGirl"! LOL!!! Wish I had more time to do Photoshop but I've been busy moving out! :-(
