I love this song! One of the best Beach Boys tunes! Paul McCartney said "God Only Knows" is "perfection". Speaking of Showtime documentaries, have you ever seen "The Beach Boys: Making Pet Sounds"? I recently watched it on demand and really enjoyed it! It's a new documentary from 2017. Beatlebob, I hope you are doing alright and hope to finally hear from you again soon! Hey Sadie! I see you found this old one that was deleted by YouTube. I LOVE this song Too!! Yes, I remember seeing Paul McCartney saying that "God Only Knows" is his favorite song many times! And Yes, I've seen "The Beach Boys: Making Pet Sounds" on Showtime Many times too!! It's still there on demand. I Really Enjoyed it too!! Thanks for mentioning it! And Thanks for sharing the Showtime Clip!! I found a short clip of Paul saying he Loves the song. And found a Live version of "God Only Knows" below. Enjoy!
