Hey Sadie! So Sorry it took So Long to get back to you!!! :-( Thursday night the screen on my Mother's TV was getting very dim. So, Friday I figured I'd better change the Lamp on it. It took many hours because I had to vacuum the whole TV and the TV Stand where the cable box and the DVD player is in. The reason why I vacuumed all of that is because my Mother Still had an Old "SD" Cable Box hooked up to her TV. I called our Cable Company and ordered an "HD" Cable Box for her TV. I figured if I'm going to change the Lamp again, I might as well get the HD Box to make her TV screen look even better! After vacuuming the TV I changed the Lamp. That took many times, because the Lamp would Sit right in the compartment!! Finally it worked! Then I vacuumed the apartment. Was a Long Day. Saturday, I had to do Laundry FUN etc. When I got done with all of that, the "HD" Cable Box arrived in the late afternoon. So, Sunday morning I hooked that up. Had to call the Cable Company because I had a hard time getting the New Remote Control to work. The guy had me try three different methods till it Finally worked!! I was Glad to get that over with!! Her TV screen looks Better now. But, I still have to fiddle around with the color settings etc because the colors are a bit weird and the Whites are Too Bright!! LOL!!

I wanted to catch up with you on Here on Sunday. So, I put off on fiddling around with the color settings on the TV. I figured I would do that on Monday. I turned on my Computer and Couldn't get the Internet!!! I kept playing around with the Modem and Nothing worked!! :-( So, I called our Cable Company Again!! The guy walked me through a lot of things trying to get it to work!! But, it Still Wouldn't Work!!! He said there must be something wrong with my Modem!! And he will send me a replacement Modem right away!! FUN!!! So, I had No Internet!!!! :-( SUCKS!!! Monday I had to pack up my Mother's Old Cable Box in the morning because I have to send it back to them!! They charge me $10 on my next bill until they get the old cable box back. Then they credit me when they get it, on my following month's bill. My Mother was home in case the Modem arrived so she could sign for it. I needed a hair cut real bad, so right after I dropped off the cable box at the post office, I went and got my hair cut. I got home around 12 Noon and the new modem still didn't arrive yet!! The modem Finally arrived around 5 PM. They send them out pretty fast!! Even though I got it late in the day, I ordered it on Sunday, and got it late Monday!! So, I Hooked up the New Modem this morning (Today) and called our Cable Company AGAIN!! The guy had to walk me through getting it set up and working. I just Hope This Modem is Okay!!! It had some scratches on the back of it. It Might be refurbished?? But, it Works!!! I had to pack up my Old Modem in the box the Replacement Modem came in with a pre-paid label that came with it. The same went for my Mother's Cable Box Replacement. I just went over to the post office Again, and dropped it off to be sent back to them! The same woman was in the post office as yesterday, when I dropped off the Cable Box to be sent out. LOL!! She said, "Are You Selling These Things"? LOL!!! Just got back home, and Here I Am!! GREAT!!! At least I have Internet Again!!! :-) What a Busy Time I had since Friday to Today!!! Getting these things to Work and dealing with our Cable Company so many times too, etc!!! FUN!!!! BTW, the New HD Cable TV Box that came, had scratches on it too!??! Pisses Me Off!!! Either they're sending out Used Or Refurbished ones!!! WTF??? :-( I Hope that Cable Box is Alright Too!!!! Sorry for rambling on so much!!! But, I wanted to tell you why I haven't been on Here since last Thursday. FUN!!! :-( Now to reply to your comments.......

I agree with everything you said about the Mass Shootings!!! :-( Sure is Ironic and Sad!!! But, True how the United States is supposed to be the best place in the world to live!!! But, it's the only area where mass shootings occur so Often!! :-( I know what you mean!!! Columbine was a Big Deal at the time, yet Nothing was done about it!!! And since then with bad news like that happening all the time, these tragedies seem almost normal now!!! :-( What a Jerk Trump is for suggesting that Teachers and school staff should carry firearms in case of emergency in public schools!!!! Really!!! What a way to handle gun control! With more guns!!! CRAZY!!! But, he wanted to please the NRA by suggesting that!!! So Many teachers said they wouldn't do that!!! I know it doesn't make any sense at all that the NRA and Politicians are so affiliated!!! :-( But, They ARE!!! Because the NRA spends Millions contributing to their campaigns every time!!! They spent Millions on Trump's campaign too!! Safety concerns should always be Their main priority!!!! But with the NRA in their back pocket, they go along with All the things that the NRA wants!!! Really!!! I too doubt the gun laws will change much!! :-( Maybe a few Minor things, is all. That won't amount to any Real change that would work!!! Sure IS Ridiculous!!! Horrible!!! :-(

I'm Sure you're so Glad to finally have a new frame and prescription!!! :-) GREAT!!! :-) Yes, I know you're still upset over Ann continuing to give us the cold shoulder!! So am I!! It Sure IS a Relief that the sites are still around even without her participation!! I see Why one of the main reasons you seldom visit the Beatles site anymore, is because of the patriotic layout there. And it's been there since last Independence Day! And you've been feeling anything but patriotic after Trump became President!!! :-( I don't think that sounds Silly at all!!! WOW!!! Thanks for posting the screenshots of what the little heart symbols look like on your screen!!!! I clicked on the both of them and I can see the Great Colors!!! :-) I Wish I could see them that way on my screen!!!! I'm using a 13 year old (now) Windows PC running Windows Seven still. And I use Firefox as my browser. And a second browser called Pale Moon which is a stripped down version of Firefox by Mozilla. I haven't used "Google Chrome" because I heard it uses up a lot of resources on Windows System Seven! The reason why they are only showing up in black & white for me, are probably a combination of System SEVEN and perhaps Google Chrome too?? Thanks for letting me know what you use, and some of the reasons why it's not showing up the same for me as it does for you!! Yeah, not a Big problem though!! At least they're showing up as heart symbols and not something else!!! LOL!!!!! Such as little Trump Faces!!! LOL!!!! ;-)

That sucks your Internet went out for a bit! That's happened to me before for no reason too!
Sometimes modems are just screwy! Yeah, I read online that cable companies often use refurbished equipment. I hate how they do that yet still charge $10 for cable box replacement, but at least they reimburse you. That's a funny thing they said to you at the Post Office. I went there twice this month because I had to ship out two things I sold on eBay. I hadn't sold anything on eBay in a long time, since 2014. I am much more of an eBay shopper than a seller. Some things have changed a bit over there since then, but I'm glad that I now got the hang of it again because I really need to make some extra money on the side by selling stuff online. 
Thanks for letting me know all that's been going on with you! Unfortunately, I actually did not enjoy celebrating George Harrison's birthday much, because I was feeling sick that day! But now that I'm somewhat better, I'll try to find time to watch the "Living In The Material World" documentary sometime this week. I have it on DVD and it's also available to watch on Netflix streaming. I haven't seen that since it first came out a few years ago, so it will almost be like seeing it for the first time. I felt that way after seeing your amazing George Photoshops again this year! I only remembered the purple ones, and even thought the Black & White one was new! LOL!!! Thanks for the compliment on my status. Glad you liked it! All I did was simply combine some of George's best lyrics into a sentence. Besides Google Chrome, I also use Mozilla Firefox too. I don't like Internet Explorer. It crashes and freezes too often. I've never heard of the "Pale Moon" browser, but thanks for letting me know about it! I tend to often prefer the stripped down "lite" versions of programs & apps and even previous outdated versions. But then again, I am retro!!! ;-) 

Yeah, that's probably the reason why you can't see my little heart shaped symbols in color. Your particular browser and version of Windows is outdated. It might even be some loading problem with Ning too? At least you still see it as hearts though, and not little Trump shaped characters or something! LMAO!!! That really made me laugh!

Now Trump is saying that if he was at that tragic Florida school shooting, he would have walked in there unarmed. I doubt he would have been that brave! It's hard to believe anything he says, since he talks alot of crap!!! Just look at some of these recent tweets from his official Twitter page! The people in the comments section often have more common sense than him! It bothers me how he's clearly still strongly supporting the NRA, still thinks that schools having guns for defense is a good idea, uses such immature and unprofessional figure of speech like "sicko shooter", seems more concerned over his reputation and "false news", is also preoccupied with the subject of finance and tax cuts so the rich will get richer, etc. Just like when there were a slew of bad hurricanes last year he was far more interested in discussing the NFL's controversial kneeling during the national anthem and other much less important topics like his golfing trips! Ugh! He even had the audacity to recently put down some people on Twitter like Obama and Oprah Winfrey, and "Crooked Hilary", as he always calls her on Twitter. Worst of all, one of his tweets made it seem like he and his wife Melania had a good time visiting the victims of the Florida shooting. He said it was "an incredible evening". That sounds like something you would say when you got back from a party or something! My goodness! You are so right! This is all like one big unreal, unbelievable nightmare! Never in this day and age did I think we would have such a bastard for President! I see why you haven't been feeling Patriotic anymore either!!!

YES!! He is more concerned over his reputation than he is about all the Horrible things that happened this past year!!! Hey Beatlebob! Thanks for posting that video! Lmao!!! You're very welcome for the compliment on your Photoshop creations. They really are amazing! I'm so excited to see the Easter & Spring Beatles ones soon! I think you should start posting them here and over at the Beatles site in late March. Really? Trump's tweets were in the news? LOL! He always says everything is "fake news" and "alternate facts". That's bullshit! I couldn't help but laugh when I saw one of his recent tweets that simply said "WITCH HUNT!" LOL!!!! I agree, he's so lazy he'd rather play golf than do important things he's supposed to like giving orders to the Russians to come up with a plan to protect our elections. I noticed he's always more lenient towards Russia, most likely because his wife Melania is Russian. Speaking of which, is an immigrant! He always rants about how much he can't stand immigrants yet he's married to one and his own mother was an immigrant too! What a hypocrite!!! 

I'm glad you can relate to everything I say since you share the same opinion on him as I do. Amazingly there's still several supporters out there who are just as ignorant as their leader!!! I'll try not to bring politics into this site anymore, just to keep a positive atmosphere. Let's pretend to be so retro that he's not even our current President! LOL!!!

I just noticed we are nearly 30 pages into this topic! That goes to show how many deaths have happened in the past few years! Too many! Although it's always sad news to share (except in the case of Charles Manson. LOL!!!!) it makes me feel better by mentioning them here, as a little tribute!

David Ogden Stiers, known for his role as Major Charles Emerson Winchester III in the TV comedy series "M*A*S*H," died Saturday, the agency representing him said. ... He died "peacefully at his home in Newport, Oregon after a courageous battle with bladder cancer." He was 75. 

I used to watch the show MASH with my veteran dad all the time so I obviously remember him & his character.

Hey Sadie! I'm Sorry it took a while to get back to you Again!!! We had a MESS with the plumbing here again!! Friday late afternoon the handy man that works here came in to look at our bathroom for any leaks. We live on the third floor, and the apartments below us on the second and first floor had water leaking into their bathrooms. The guy that was here didn't notice any leaks in our bathroom! So, they had to open up the wall in the apartment below ours. They didn't find any pipes leaking there. Saturday we did our Laundry etc. Sunday Morning at 6:30 AM we heard a knock on our door. It was the handy man with a part time plumber with him. The only plumber they could get a hold of in short notice. They said they have to check behind our wall in the bathroom to see if the leak was coming from our apartment!! DAMN!!! We were Pissed Off!! They checked our apartment because the apartment above us didn't show any sign of leaks. So, I quickly got some of our stuff out of the bathroom. They had to pull out the medicine chest above our sink. They didn't see any leak in the pipes there. So, they had to take apart the wall below our sink!! What a MESS!! Sure enough, one of the pipes behind our wall lower down was leaking!! The water pipes are Really Old in our building!! And that pipe actually split apart from age and had a hole in it!! Since the leak was near the bottom just above the floor, that's why the water was leaking down to the apartments below us. That plumber didn't have all the tools he needed with him. He just was here to try to find where the leak was coming from. He Put some kind of stuff on that pipe as a quick fix. Our Maintenance Department called the regular plumber that they usually use, and told us he would be here on Monday after 9 AM. So, I took Everything out of the bathroom and had to put the stuff in my Mother's room all over the place.

Finally at 10 AM on Monday the plumber showed up with his helper. They had to use all kinds of power tools and large hammers etc to break more of the wall apart!! Our building has cement blocks behind the walls and the walls are plastered. What a MESS!! It took many hours and the noise was driving us Nuts!! They finally replaced the pipes with new stronger ones. Made sure there were no more leaks, and cleaned up the mess before they left. I had to tape some large garbage bags over the hole in the wall so, my cat wouldn't get lost in there behind the hole in the wall. Then had to vacuum up! FUN!! They want us to wait 2 or 3 days to make sure there is no more leaking. Then they will send a guy here to patch up the wall and put new tile over that area!!! We can use the bathroom, but we are leaving most of the stuff I took out of there till the guy comes and gets finished repairing our bathroom wall. What a FUN filled weekend!!! And we still have more FUN to come till they finish up here sometime later this week!! :-( When they plaster the wall we will have to wait for it to dry. Then they come another day and use a powered sander to make the plaster is smooth before they put the tile on, etc!! Another MESS!!! The room gets filled with plaster dust etc! FUN!!! :-(

More FUN!! Since last Wednesday my Mother got some kind of strange rash on her arm. She put stuff on it and it spread!! She has these red spots of rash all along her arm!! She called her Dermatologist on Thursday and the soonest he could see her is Tomorrow at 10 AM. And the place is Far away!! And always packed with people!! FUN!! And now since Sunday the weather forecast is calling for snow here for Tomorrow!!! :-( It's supposed to start late tonight as rain and sleet then turn to snow sometime tomorrow. They say with very strong winds and we Might get between 4 to 6 inches, or maybe up to 10 inches or more before it's done by Early Thursday morning. Depends where the snow and rain areas fall with the storm. They aren't quite sure about it all yet and are keeping their eye on the storm!! And they aren't even sure when it will turn to all snow yet Tomorrow? So, we will get ready Early Tomorrow morning and see what the latest forecast says then, and see what it's doing outside before we either try to go, or have to cancel!! This SUCKS!!!! :-( It's Always Something!!!!

Hey Sadie! I Hope you are doing Alright!!

Well, we never made it to that Dermatologist appointment on Wednesday. Tuesday late afternoon his office called my Mother and canceled the appointment because of that Storm for Wednesday, and said the Doctor won't be in. It turned out that we 6 inches of snow in our area. They made a new appointment for This coming Wednesday. And now they are saying we Might get another storm this coming Monday? Oh What FUN!! They say they are keeping their eye on it. That it might miss our area? But, they aren't sure yet. I Hope it passes us by!! I'm getting sick of this!! Too many storms in a row!!!

Well, the plumbers got done fixing the leak in our bathroom this past Monday. It's Friday and the guy that was supposed to come here to repair the wall and put tile on it, still hasn't shown up!! :-( Our Maintenance Department guy said he couldn't make it here yet because of the storm we had. That he should be here any day now. What a pain in the ass!!! He Better show up soon!! This Sucks!! Well, that's the latest here so far. Did you go to any of the Doctor appointments this week?? I Hope All is going Okay with You, My Friend!!

Tomorrow is Laundry FUN etc. Unless that guy shows up to fix the wall in the bathroom? Who knows? LOL!!

Hey Beatlebob. Sorry it took ME so long to finally get back to you! The Internet in my apartment building was out for a few days! I'm so glad it's back on again! It was so boring being without it for a little while, but at least it was a retro experience. LOL!!! That's awful what happened in your apartment! I know how you feel. It's so frustrating when things like that happen and the maintenance people take their slow sweet time getting everything back together! That's how the Internet company was. Everytime I called them, they kept saying they were still working on it and there was nothing else they could do for now. Ugh!!!! I'm just so relieved it's all over now! Hopefully your plumbing problem is now over and done with too? How is your mother's rash? Hopefully she will be seen by a Dermatologist soon, when the snow storm stops. Best wishes!

She said she doesn't care how much snow we get, she Still wants to try to get there on Wednesday!!! I Hope we can make it there!! Will have to leave Real Early. It's pretty far away and I Hope we can get a cab to take us there!! Will see? The pipes were fixed in our bathroom last Monday. The guy that was supposed to be her during the week to repair the wall and put up the tile, never made it here! :-( They said he should be here Sunday or Monday to repair the wall and put the tile on. Well, he didn't show up yesterday. I Hope he will show up Today!!! If he doesn't, I don't know what will happen? Because of the snow storm Tomorrow and we have to go to the Dermatologist on Wednesday. Maybe he will come on Thursday, if not Today?? This Friday I have to see my Urologist!!! What a mess!!! Hey Beatlebob! Sorry we haven't caught up in a little while. I've been very busy lately. I have the whole day today (Saturday the 17th) off though. I hope you enjoy all the St. Patrick's Day themed pictures I posted, and have a good one too! :-)   Did you go to your Urologist appointment and did your mother go see the Dermatologist? And did they finally fix that problem in your apartment yet??? Hopefully all went well! :-)

I really enjoyed all the pictures you shared on this site! I don't think I've ever seen that Beatles Photoshop before! It's amazing! And that one of 2 dogs watching The Beatles on TV was also new to me. So cool!!!! Did you make that one too?? Even if not, thanks for sharing it! I'm glad you liked the ones I made of John Lennon. I didn't have much time to do anything too fancy this year so I just whipped those up real quickly. Glad you think they both turned out great! Thanks! That slight haze going down his face in the spring themed one was actually already on the original picture, I didn't add any special effect. LOL! I think it's a slight glare from being a scan from a book or magazine. I choose that photo because he had a flower in his hair. The April Fools Day one cracks me up too! A very appropriate picture for an April Fool Photoshop, indeed! I love how John was such a jokester. That's why I chose only him to be in my April Fools Day Photoshop. :-)

Hey Sadie! I'm Also Sorry we haven't caught up in a little while!!! :-( I Know you've been busy!! Glad you had Saturday the 17th off! Hope you had a Good One!! I'll have to check out all the St. Patrick's Day themed pictures you posted!!! Thanks!!! I Hope you had a Good St. Patrick's Day!! :-) Yes, I went to my Urologist appointment and went with my Mother to see the Dermatologist. He prescribed a new medicated ointment for her to use. He said her rash was something like Eczema. And it should heal up within a couple of weeks. I unfortunately got an infection the following day after the treatment at the Urologist!! Still dealing with that, with antibiotics! Then Sunday night before going to sleep my left foot started hurting very bad!!! I was up all night in bad pain!!!! When I woke up on Sunday Morning, I could barely walk at all!!! The pain was Unreal!!!! And constant!!! I looked at my foot, and my Big Toe looked swollen! Mainly around the joint and along the side, also the top area of the right side of my foot!! It was a light red and all Puffy!! I couldn't even move my toe!! I was in bed most of the time!! When I walked it felt like my toe was broken!! I couldn't wear my shoes!! I managed to put my foot in a pail of warm water with Epsom salt. It made No difference at all!!! I was in BAD pain all day Sunday!! Monday morning I called my Foot Doctor, and the girl gave me a 3:30 PM appointment! She squeezed me in! I managed to get dressed and wash myself etc and took a cab there!! When I put my shoes on, I thought I would hit the roof, it hurt so bad!! Of course I had to take the orthodics out of them First!! I didn't have to wait too long before the Doctor saw me. He looked my foot over and took X-Rays. He said I have Gout in that foot!! WTF?? He froze that area of my foot and gave me an anti inflammatory injection. Might have been a cortisone shot? I'm not sure? He said my foot should start feeling better in a couple of days or so. He will see me again on April 2nd and see how I'm doing and set me up for a uric acid blood test to see what caused the Gout. My foot started feeling somewhat better Yesterday. But it's still a bit red and puffy along the right side of my Big toe. Had to go to the stores yesterday across the street to get food etc. We were almost out of food! I wore my shoes, without the Orthodics. And limped around till I got home. Today it feels better than yesterday. And the redness and puffiness has gotten better than it was. I'm Hoping it will be a lot better in a couple of days. Still hurts a bit and hard to walk for long.

We are supposed to have a major snow storm Today here. It's snowing light right now. But, later today it's supposed to start getting heavy. Heavy wet snow with wind gusts up to 50 mph. They said we may get between 6 to 12 inches of snow, may more? Depends on how long the snow storm stays in our area? FUN!!!! I Sure Hope we don't lose electricity!!! Will see how it looks tomorrow morning. It's supposed to end very early Thursday morning. FUN!!! And Tomorrow, I have my Shrink appointment in NYC!! LOL!! You know I'm calling them to see if I can get a phone visit!!! Even if we don't wind up with that much snow, I still have the problem with my foot, penis infection, and stomach still being Screwed Up from the antibiotics!! So, Hopefully I'll get a phone visit!!

And, they Still Haven't fixed the wall in our bathroom yet!!! My Mother called the maintenance department yesterday, and was really Bitching about this!!! They said that guy Should be here this Friday. Will See? WTF???? He Better be Here!!!! This is Unreal!!!! It's been over 2 weeks now since the plumber fixed the pipe!!!
