(I want this one!)

Cool!! :-) I enjoyed looking at the Rare Star Guitar Collection!!

George Harrison's Maton MS500 guitar: The most famous player of an early Mastersound is George Harrison of The Beatles. His regular guitar was being repaired, so the repair shop loaned him a Maton for a few shows. This guitar (which is apparently the one in the above photo) turned up recently and as per anything Beatles related, sold for a crapload of $$$.

I Love Elliot Easton's Paisley Fender Telecaster!!!! So Cool Looking!!! I'm sure you want this one!!  :-)

Thanks for the Great Links Candy O!!! :-)

Guitars I like:

Best looking and sounding Bass Guitars:
Fender Jazz - Fender Precision - Rickenbacker 4003 - Hofner Beatles Bass

I like the following electric Guitars:

Jimmy Page's Number One Gibson Les Paul - 1959 Gibson Les Paul

360 12 String Rickenbacker  George Harrison

Gretsch 6128T - 1957   George Harrison

Eric Clapton Fool Guitar

Eric Clapton  Signature Stratocaster

Jimi Hendrix - 1964 Fender Stratocaster Jimi bought his first Stratocaster with the help of his girlfriend. He got it from the Manny’s Music Store in New York, in the summer of ’66. It had a white body, and a maple neck with rosewood fretboard.

In the early days, Hendrix used a variety of different CBS Strats with rosewood fretboards. Later on he preferred to play on a Strat with maple fretboard in mostly black or white body color.  It was unusual that he played a right handed guitar backwards, obviously because he was left handed, but that was one of the secrets of his distinctive tone. He also preferred the controls on the top of the guitar so he could more easily play with the settings.
Jimi often carried more than 13 different Stratocasters at a time when touring.

Brian Jones (with his epic Vox Teardrop guitar)
Brian Jones’ Gibson Firebird
I thought the Firebird  III was a cool looking guitar.

George Harrison's 1964 Gibson SG.

:-)

Some Great BLUES Licks  :-)
